Caution: some employees at this business overcharge. Most likely to steal money. Horrible. We spent $72 on the pre-packaged cinnamon buns on the up front display, to take home. We asked before purchasing when they were made and if they are fresh. They said yes, they’re fresh, made daily, and everything on the display was made that day. We also ordered a “fresh” one from showcase that only they have access to from the back. It was a “centers” which is supposed to be soft, but it had edges, was hard, had a weird caramel cinnamon drizzle, and was super dry. When we got home, we opened up the 2 boxes and discovered that the same thing was true for those cinnabons. I tried following their guidelines on how to soften it and it just made it harder. These are inedible. Granted that some people have never been to a cinnabon, but we used to stop at the old one that was in that same location and never had any issues with their product. So if the business tries to play that card, they can try again, we’re regular customers of other stores. The employees lied to us and they were pretty snively and condescending about it at the same time. The positive of this visit was the bathrooms were pretty clean. At least I didn’t get urinated on in the bathroom that I know of.
Just found out they stole $16 dollars from us by overcharging for our orders.

The smell of cinnamon was wonderful, you could smell it as soon as you entered the rest stop, unfortunately, that was the best part. The actual cinnamon roll, was at least a day old if not older from the case right next to the register. It was hard and stale crusty (almost crunchy crutonish texture) on the outside 2 layers, eventually giving way slightly softer interior that was still crunchy ontop. This was not the ready made 4 or six pack the had on display outside their space. This was from the glass case on display.

I have not had Cinnabon in ages. I purchased 3 to share for our group, and a pack of minibons.
1) the smell of cinnamon was amazing.
2) the taste of these Cinnabons was atrocious. It was like eating cardboard.
3) I was gouged $55 USD!! (My fault as I should have paid attention.
Please stay away from this place.

I purchased a cinnabon this evening and returned it for a refund as the order was baked early that morning per staff. Don’t waste your money here.
