the cashier was great, I literally heard her tell the lady in the back Arby’s sauce and marinara sauce. the lady filling the bags didn’t give any marinara despite me paying over $17 for mozzarella sticks fries and two drinks. ridiculous prices and even more ridiculous service. food was also cold. who knows how long it’s been sitting out for. very poor experience today

The manager of whatever she may have been was rude. The cashier was polite. We had a pick up order and the outside speaker wasn’t working so we drove to the window and Sat for a minute no one came. So we went inside we where inside for a moment before anyone even cNe into site. Than this lady was so rude we trying to say why we came in and she just kept getting an attitude.

Its been a long time since I can remember having Arby’s. Not sure why we waited so long. Our order seemed very fresh and was perfect. My son even said the chicken tenders were the best hes had. The curly fries are on another level of its own.

Food is pretty good. Seevice is OK, a little effort would be nice. Got 3 sandwiches and asked for Arby’s sauce. You would think it was a huge deal. Got 2 packs. Asked for some more please and again was like the world. Got 2 more, good enough, didn’t feel like having the guy break a sweat or something.
A little odd my mac n cheese has Saturday checked on the container being Friday.
Small town so unless you want to wait 45 minutes at the taco bell next door I guess good enough is good enough.

The food is always great. Just make sure you check your order before leaving the drive thru. I got the French Dip one time. When I got home, all I had was a dry roast beef sandwich with no juice to dip it in.

Ordered #2 large meal with “lots of Arby’s sauce”. Received 0.0 sauce packets and fry container was half full. Very disappointed once I realized at home.
The guy taking the order also said, “is that all” after every word I said as if I was a compete bother to them. Note: there was no one in line behind our in front of me. No reason to be rushing the order through. Maybe if he listened more my sauce request wouldn’t have been missed.

Visited at 8:00 pm and no other customers. Was not treated and stood at register for many minutes while staff walked around us. Husband asked can we order and got the biggest attitude. Ordered. No tomatoes. Manager/cashier never gave any closing greeting. Like: Thank You, have a nice day. Sat down to eat to be told we had to move because area was closed. No signs of this. Have a bad leg so huge inconvenience. Terrible experience. Food was okay other then no tomatoes.

I went through the drive through around 1pm and the customer service was terrible. Not only were the employees snappy while placing my order, but never once said thank you, you’re welcome, have a great day, NOTHING. Even AFTER I said thank you. There was zero response. I am very disappointed in the customer service. Please do better.

Tried to order on the app had a free sandwich, expires today. App would do all except check out.
Was greeted with: Better not have another coupon!
Said no was on the app… basically said “not my problem”
Told her I’d go next door to Taco Bell where they’re not mean. She so OK!
