Loved this location! I used to visit when it was across the street so long ago. This new one has a very nice staff and the restaurant is kept very clean and welcoming. The 3 Way was exactly as great as ever and it comes in three sizes! The Cheese Coneys are tasty too.

Drive thru speaker was glitchy and I couldn’t hear when he was repeating order back. Drove up to window and Deonte(sp? name) was so kind and patient as we were figuring out what he heard vs what I need. Great service and hot food. Will be back to Mt Washington Gold Star! Changing my rating for this Gold Star. I believe in them again. They always serve up warm food and have great portions. Their customer service is pretty good. They just forgot my cheese one day for my way. I have forgiven them since. It definitely felt like a betrayal though.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, the food is very fresh and is quality. However everything on the menu is at least $1 more than it should be, it adds up quick and makes it difficult to justify coming here often. The portions are very small. The hotdogs don’t even make the length of the bun and the drinks are much smaller than most other places. I like it but it’s just so expensive and it doesn’t feel like what you get for it is worth it. Also don’t know why my burger bun had chunks missing out of it.

Gold star is a good place to get a chilli cheese sandwich… although sometimes this location has skimped on chilli and tonight was another skimpy night…

I find it ridiculous and a rip off to charge people $2 for a side of chili (which is usually a small cup) when the customer asks for extra chili on a chilito (which is probably equal to two tablespoons spoons and rings as $0). Do better.

Amazing service went thru the drive thru and got my my food i thought I forgot my fries but they were just making it I went in and the nice man working the kitchen offered me a drink while I wait for the fries and I walked out with fresh fries awesome service most definitely worth it

Woman working the drive-through window on Labor Day around 7:40 PM Single-handedly restored my faith in customer service. Asked clarifying questions, Asked if I want hot sauce and crackers, And was all over one of the tightest people I’ve interacted with in customer service in well over four years. I ordered a super 3 way at the drive through,they placed the plastic bag of cheese on top of my warm tray of spaghetti and chili,it melted into a blob of cheese and I wasn’t able to have cheese on my 3 way.
