I went to a luncheon with a group to experience the cuisine of this new culinary school. There were only three entrées on the menu for our two or three -course lunch menu, per your choice. I selected the short ribs with broccolini and mashed potatoes. The dish was nicely presented; however, the short ribs barely had any meat on them, and they were anything but tender. The broccolini was rather undercooked. The cheesecake dessert was tasty, but was half cheesecake and half Graham cracker. Rudy. We were patient with our waitress who seemed rather nervous taking our orders. The kitchen took more time than usual to assemble our orders.

Having dined at other culinary arts schools’ dining programs, I was not impressed with the quality of the cuisine at this new restaurant unfortunately. I think there needs to be more quality control as to the main dishes. Several among my group concurred that their selections fell short of expectation, so I do not feel I am being overly critical.

The institute was great and the food was different, but great as well. The students were all a little nervous, but they all did well. The only thing I had an issue with and some may not, was the air…I was freezing..lol …So if you are not a fan of cold air bring a jacket…lol..But other than that, Please give them a try. Our up and coming new chefs, servers, and hostess.

Enjoyed a knife skills workshop then had a bite at the grab & go downstairs (1st floor). Beautiful facility, equipped to the nines for teaching classes and nice offerings for a quick lunch. Highly recommend the workshops and the lunch service.

Wonderful fusion of creativity in gastronomic science. Only drawback is the noise level because there’s no sound dampening.
