Worst experience ever with Dominoes. My order was delivered to another address. In turn, I received the wrong order as well. I tried calling the store to correct the matter but couldn’t get through. I tried calling 6 times and each time I was placed on hold then disconnected. Regardless of the day or time, a manager should be available to speak to customers when order issues arise.
I received a voicemail from a delivery driver named Danny who was slurring his words so badly that I couldn’t understand him. I finally said to cancel the order and refund my money . I ordered from another pizza shop.
If you have a choice between going hungry and ordering from this Dominoes location, go hungry. There are plenty of other pizza shops in the area. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior and conduct.

The app wanted me to leave a review. No chicken on a chicken parm sub. Will never get again. I pretty much got a sauce sandwich. With 3 or 4 small pcs of chicken on one side and one small pcs on the other.

Great food, awful customer service. My last two orders took over 90 minutes to be delivered despite a 25-30 minute estimate. The manager of the store was totally unhelpful. If you must have Dominoes, go to the store at Castlewoods or on Highway 18.

It was the last day for 50% off pizza’s and I decided to order one for lunch the next few days. I was being a tad bit lazy and ordered delivery.. Well 45 minutes after the “driver left the store” i got my pizza. (i only live 5 minutes from the dominos) Looks like she was delivering multiple pizzas at once.. which is all fine and dandy. However I either got the wrong pizza & have now wasted $20 or my pizza was made wrong and I still wasted $20.. EVERY single time I order from this dominos as delivery something is always wrong with my order. If you order carry out it’s a much better pizza quality. I think i’ll stick to either the flowood branch or the cross gates branch from now on. I’ve given too many chances at this location.

This place has always been a little slow since they opened, but I have given them the benefit of doubt considering they were new. The quality of the pizza was always lacking a bit, but again tried to give them the benefit of the doubt.
The last two times I have ordered from this location it has taken more than an hour, which means I was left sitting in the parking lot in my car for 40-50 minutes. Completely unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this location. I can order from Domino’s in Crossgates or Pizza Hut in Crossgates area and get it quicker at a better quality.

I order my pizza from this place almost every night, but tonight will probably be my last time coming. The big white guy who closes most nights always gives me flat-crust pizzas when I order a hand toss without my consent, and the size is smaller than what I’ve purchased. I have been a loyal customer of this place until now. Never again.
