Absolutely loved this place. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every dish we tried was spot on. On top of that, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff was genuinely friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel comfortable right away. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family.

Food was ok, BBQ is supposed to have Flavor without sauce. The serving size was Laughable for the price, the only good thing was the Iced Tea. Dickeys says they are Texas BBQ, it was not even close. I am 140LBS and had to go to sonic for a triple Burger cause I was still hungry. Learn portion size for the dollar. Cheap,Cheap scam. I will never eat Dickeys again. Waste of money.

Have never eaten at a Dickies before (but have had food from Dickies at a catered event). The bathroom and restaurant were clean. The two employees who were working, were VERY helpful in suggesting certain meats and dishes. We enjoyed eating here!

The man working behind the counter said to my daughter as she walked to the counter “what do you want” rudely. He was training a young man and was rude to him at times as well. Had a take or leave it attitude. Out of many selections and as we were dining the man came out to clean the area singing the songs loudly so we were uncomfortable and unable to have conversation. The baked potato was hard with no butter. Would not recommend.

Best service at a Dickey’s that I’ve ever experienced. Nick and Brody were very friendly and helpful, checking in with us several times as my husband and I ate. We essentially got table-side service from a place whose business model doesn’t provide for it. The food was equally excellent! Thank you, Nick and Brody, for an overall fantastic experience!

Got Wings, a Chicken sandwitch, and the brisket plate. The wings are just oven chicken nuggets, the sandwitch was missing sauce, pickles, and was covered in oregeno. IDK what was happening with the kitchen but the food is dissapointing.

The food tasted good but by the time it was plated and then 3 to go orders were filled and then they got back to us it was all cold. The two (yes 2) folks working were working very diligently but could not keep up.

Called to find out if they had any potatoes , and once again they’re out of them! No big surprise there seeing how they close at 9:00 and it’s 6:00 on a Sunday. See they’re always out of potatoes I have personally asked on at least 12 times where they have ran out by5:00 or 6:00 during the week or weekends doesn’t matter and they don’t make any more. Definitely has gone down hill fast. Just not a viable option for bbq anymore. Very sad

I usually love Dickies, so I was super excited about seeing one off the freeway in Rifle, CO on our travels. An adorable town founded in early 1900’s. Brisket was good. So was pulled pork. Fried okra was yummy. Disappointed in the other sides. Creamed spinach and Caesar salads were both sub-par- not at all as good as other franchises. Sadly, the customer service from the ladies behind the counter was sub-standard as well. Not only did I have to wait for a long time to be helped- when there was no one in line- but I was told they would not exchange the bad food (after it was clear that we had only tasted it). They wanted to charge me an extra $3+ for it. The pictures are to show how they chose to talk instead of help customers.
