I realize this is Subway at Walmart so no one’s expectations are very high. That being said, still a bad experience. Went in to grab a sub after shopping. Waited a minute or two for someone to help ( I was the only one in line). I finally peaked around the corner toward the back and saw a girl sitting on a chair playing on her phone. She looked up and saw me, gave me the biggest eye roll I’ve ever seen and slowly started to get up. I turned around and walked out. I realize no one enjoys working but when you work in the customer service industry you can at least pretend to be pleasant. So again, expectations low and still not met.

Our experience was awesome!!! I talked to Kathy yesterday to place my order for today 9/11/24. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. When I went to pick up my order today Kathy was there and was really nice and again very helpful. Kathy made our International Housekeeping Week extra special with her kind nature. I will definitely order from there again. I hope I spelled your name right Kathy.

I walked in and the girl was making an online order, in the 7 minutes I was in there, not once did she look up or acknowledge me at any point. I waited as she completed the order. She asked me what dldid you want. I ordered my sandwich and cheese, she never asked if I wanted it toasted. When I requested it lightly toasted she put it in for the full time. She had her hair up but there were pieces falling out that she brushed out of her face repeatedly with her gloved hands. No hat, visor, or name tag. When we got to the veggies there was onion in almost every container, food all over the cutting board and it was just generally sloppy. I’m allergic to onion so I could only get lettuce and cucumbers on my sandwich. She put almost 5 lines of both dressings I requested on the sandwich and made it very messy. She did offer me chips drinks or cookies. In general I was very disappointed with the service and the sandwich. I was very patient, but if she would have acknowledged me and explained that I she had to complete the online order and would be right with me, I would have been a lot more happy to wait. She could have cleaned up and then waited on me honestly.

I went in later tonight to get a pretzel about 10 min to close. The girl rolled her eyes at me with an attitude and said she couldn’t because she had shut down the speed oven when they weren’t even closed, having customers still inside sitting down. It was very rude and it shouldn’t happen again.

Subway food is always fresh and delicious the added bonus is the staff friendliness and pride in their location which is obvious by how clean the place is.

Terrible. The young gal who helped me was very rude and could tell she obviously didn’t want to be there or care about customer care. I ordered a salted pretzel, which was undercooked, cold, and way over salted. Upon paying the young gal ripped the money out of my hand. Workers also moved very slow causing the service to take much longer than necessary or needed. Was highly disappointed.

Order a sub from here got black olives, and bit into a olive pit seed, broke a tooth, when I took the seed back up to tell the lady I got a “What do you want me to do about it attitude” Subway you lost my money, and I would not recommend this place, it bs when you as a customer, get attitude from the employee, and all your trying to do is tell them, guess i will have to get my tooth fixed, and the act like you don’t matter.

I have eaten a lot of subway in my short 22 years of life, but I tell you what, Teresa gave me the best experience, conversation and best service/sandwich that I’ve ever had at a subway. Felt super awesome to have someone make this new guy to Cheboygan feel welcomed. Will definitely be coming back more than my caloric intake would like me to!

Only one person working leaving it to take forever to get your meal. He Sid the best he could though. Out of alot of stuff including veggies. This happens often here or their vegetables look terrible. Cheese was all dried out and looked terrible.
