The worst place to order everything is cold and wrong this was at 701 unfriendly staff they all have bad attitudes manager comes out says there’s nothing he can do food not ready when it says it was ready at 646 its now 715 and still waiting my kids are hungry then I ask for a refund he says he cant give me back my money never have I ever seen anything like this its now 734 just got home and the order is still wrong after them remaking it you can’t make this up the order did say no lettuce no beans

Its good for what it is, fast food. Service can be inconsistent, based on the time you wait, but it has improved significantly. There were times I would wait for nearly an hour, and other times they would forget an order. This has improved significantly and the wait is generally 15 minutes or less now. I typically make multiple orders for friends. My main issue is the price for the items. These are lower quality ingredients at seemingly higher quality prices. But it is one of the few fast food places I like.
I was wrong about the wait time. The last two times I came in I waited for 45 minutes plus (today has been an hour). I make 3 orders for 3 people, so I dont expect it to be 5 minutes but 45+ is ridiculous. 5 people received their orders before I did (they came in and ordered after me (I was completely done with my orders), but still left before me).

The young man at the Drive-Thru was absolutely fantastic. One of the nicest young men I’ve spoken to in years. Hopefully he’ll remember me. I came up from Florida. He is absolutely a fantastic employee. The food was hot and tasty. Absolutely my favorite Taco Bell up the entire East Coast. This is my new store.

Opted to not make a mobile order. Was helped by Victor who made the experience all that much more enjoyable. Yes this is considered fast food but waiting for fresh hot food is worth the wait. I’ve read the reviews and cannot agree. Would definitely come back.

Place is laughable, possibly the worst TB in NY. It’s Thursday (not Fri/Sat night) and they’re TURNING AWAY customers bc they’re “too busy”… Maybe if the staff had a working brain between them, they’d be able to handle orders on a regular night, like every other TB.
30 yrs as a customer, not once have I ever sden them turning away business. Staff must have been too busy staring at their phones, got backed up, and now can’t dig themselves out.
Probably a good thing, tho. They can’t even get an order right on a slow night.

Every couple of months I have a lapse of memory and accidentally come back here on accident. EVERY SINGLE TIME it’s a 30 plus minute wait at the drive thru. I’ve been on this line with 3 cars ahead of me for 45 minutes so far no end in sight. I can’t stress enough if you’re reading this before it’s too late do not come here!!! Now I remember why I drive extra to go to farmingville instead. The best part is that after you wait almost an hour for your food and you’re starving…. ITS COLD AND MADE WRONG! The employees are the most unhelpful people i’ve ever seen don’t even care a little bit! Please please don’t make the same mistake as me… STAY AWAY.

Writing this review to just express how great this guy was behind the counter. I came in around 9 on a Tuesday after working a long day and let me tell you this chicken cantina taco was amazing , I don’t know if this young man made these super special tacos but it was the best thing I’ve tasted in awhile. These tacos was fantastic/ the service was fantastic/ the line went fantastically well in a timely manner / and the young man “Trevor” was just overall customer based . Great service Trevor . (And I am normally rude lol)

Im not a Tavo Bell but this was best taco bell I’ve had. The food was incredibly fresh and so good for fast food. We ate early (before 12pm so maybe that’s why since we normally eat at 12am) but it was as good as authentic Mexican food.
