We come up for the Bigfoot festival and dine here every time, most every meal. If you like home cooking this is the place, not fancy but filling. The bar is adjacent and if you wish for a good bloody Mary with breakfast, they will accommodate you! And the prices are very reasonable. We are for all supporting local businesses.

Really cool bar with great food. Went there after doing a couple hikes in the area. The Reuben and hand cut fries were both incredible. Everyone in there from the staff to the locals just hanging out were really friendly. Plus they have shuffleboard which is always a plus!

First time there, on a Friday night a little late, like 7.30. They were out of fish, so I had the Kelly burger, and my wife had the reuben. Holy cow,(pun intended), what a great burger.. big and juicy, the hand cut fries were the kicker. My wife’s reuben was just as fabulous. I knew she’d need a take out box as soon as the waitress set the plate down. It was huge, and spilling out corned beef and sauerkraut on her fries, making them all yummy too. We will definitely be back here to try everything on the menu if it’s going to be like this.

Our server was super nice, honest and helpful. The chicken soup reminded me of my childhood. I was impressed with the amount of vegetables on the salad. The roast beef was ok in a high school cafeteria sort of way. Mashed potatoes were homemade and complimented the gravy. Very affordable.

Basic diner food, had breakfast. Eggs, crispy bacon, fries eggs. Ordered over med came more like over hard. White toast. Was hungry so hit the spot. Hubby had egg, bacon and cheese muffin. Small but hit the spot. We were hungry and not much available in Marienville for breakfast. Waitress was super helpful and kind. I’m a coffee snob and their coffee was delicious. I haven’t had coffee anywhere other than what I make or Starbucks in years. If you are looking for a simple diner breakfast at a reasonable price to fill your belly this place hits the spot

Can’t say enough good things about the Kelly! I used to hunt out of a camp nearby, returned to hunt and stayed at the Kelly for several days. Rooms were clean, and everything we needed. Food was great and cheap, beer was cold. I’ll cry if this place ever goes away.

The food here is amazing home cooked comfort food just like your mama used to make! The bar staff is super friendly (and family owned). Prices are very fair and the service was great in the restaurant also. Definitely recommend that you go here, whether you’re at camp and don’t feel like cooking, or you simply are passing through Marienville and looking for a great place to eat or hang out!
