This is an interesting system – a shared space with multiple restaurants, and little doorbells to call the one you came for. There is a small counter space to dine in, but it’s mostly a carryout venue. It’s probably easiest and best to order online and pick up, but I had difficulty ordering from my phone, because the fields to input my payment info wouldn’t display. It was no issue. I rang the bell, a sweet lady came to the door, took my order verbally, and remembered EVERYTHING without even writing it down!! The prices are really reasonable, portions generous, and absolutely delicious!! The kimbap really hit the spot, and the “fish” dessert pastries (in Japanese, Taiyaki) are freshly made and taste fantastic. 1 Kimbap and 1 taiyaki each for my son and I was plenty filling, and per usual, I over ordered, so now we have 1 more Kimbap each, Japchae, Dalk Bokkum Tang, and another taiyaki for breakfast/lunch the next day! Comfort food is the best way to describe it. YuMmY!!

The duk bokki + bungeoppang were both hot and delicious! Solid price and the worker was very kind! The place is a little confusing, basically you go in and push the notification button for the place you want to pick up your food from.

t’s great! I ordered for my lunch at work. The food came pretty quick, tastes so good, and the potion was pretty big! i can split to 3 meals! I wish it could come with side dishes too, that will be so perfect!

This was my second time ordering from this place. The first time was great — I had the pork cutlet rice and the classic Korean kimbap, and both were delicious. But this time I got the Soon Dubu Jigae, and it was way too oily. It really wasn’t what I expected, and it made my stomach feel uncomfortable after eating. Wouldn’t recommend this dish.

I love Rubyne’s Gimbap and Dukbbokki. There are several types of Duk bokki here. I tried the Beef teriyaki one and it was fantastic. Don’t forget the Korean dessert pastry 🙂

The Kimbab I had was delicious! The combination of rice, vegetables, and sesame oil wrapped in seaweed was a perfect blend of flavors and textures. It’s a great snack or meal option.
As for the fried, it was crispy and flavorful. The batter was perfectly seasoned, and the frying was done just right. I especially enjoyed the variety of fried items available.
Overall, I had a delightful experience trying both. They are korean dishes that never disappoint.

I can’t believe I waited this long to try Rubyne. To test this place, I started off with a gimbap which looked exactly as advertised and tasted even better than it looked which was a bright green flag. This was perfect for moments when I don’t care about dining experience and want to put on a show while munching on comfort food, this hit the SPOT. Food was always prepared within promised time, I never had to wait.
I’ve gotten this a few days ago and it’s been on my mind ever since. I got the dduk mandu soup this time and I was expected to be disappointed since it’s such a basic dish. However, this was so slap I know it’d hit even harder over the winter. I came for the dduk and stayed for the mandu. This was my first time having mandu and it looked different from what I’ve seen on the internet. The mandu was huge, the biggest dumplings I’ve ever had and also became the best I’ve had out of nowhere. Despite its size, the mandu was so tender it melted in my mouth, but firm enough to keep its shape. The flavor was sweet and so good, I couldn’t taste the distinctive meat taste to recognize which filling it was. The soup was so fragrant, this dish was easily a 10.
I’ve never been so passionate about a review before, I will eat through the rest of the menu now. This small business deserves much love!

The food was delicious! I placed a pick up order and when I got there I gave them my name. They looked confused and said they were going to go back to check on it. They came back and said they didn’t see my order, so they were going to make it right away. I also ordered pork for my dish and I got chicken instead. The meal I got was still delicious. It would have been nice for them to give us a free side or something for not having our order made when I got there. Other than that, I would definitely come back!
