I absolutely love the food and service here! I get the fried mushroom po boy every time and it’s absolutely to die for. The sauce is the cherry on top! The fries are crispy and seasoned very well and the fried mushrooms are even good by themselves. The desserts are also absolutely delicious and perfect when you need something sweet. I’d recommend anyone who likes good food (not just vegan) to come here!

I’m not going to lie I was ready to not like this place due to my past experience with black owned businesses, BUT they definitely proved me wrong!!! Not only was their food delicious but they have excellent service. When my husband and I first looked at the kiosk we noticed that the main item that we came to the truck to purchase was stating “SOLD OUT”- the wrap (which seems to be a regular occurrence with my fellow black businesses). Nevertheless we decided to proceed on and purchase something else which was the po-boy. As they brought out our food I was simply just making conversation with the guy that work there stating we really wanted the wrap but it shows sold out. He told us to give him a minute and he would make it right with us (which he did by bringing out a wrap!). Now on to the taste of the food… Since I live about 30 minutes away from the truck I was expecting the food to get cold which could have totally changed the taste and texture of the food but i was pleasantly surprised. The food still had a great texture and was still warm. Overall we will definitely be going back to dine at this food truck.

Very clean food truck area. Green juice was delicious Po boy bigger than expected I ate it all angles. I’ll be back for the wrap, watermelon juice and banana pudding. Some items was sold out.

Just found a hidden gem on Cypresswood. Tried their wraps today and they were the best vegetarian wraps I’ve tried by far. Love the fact that everything is made fresh once your order. From the sautéed fresh greens to the Cajun seasoned Fries. The food has great presentation with flavor. Will be back to order for sure!

I flew all the way from Tennessee just to try their food. The bold branding caught my attention. I enjoy 3 items from their menu and got stuffed from not being able to stop eating. The best experience was the conversation I had with the owner and staff. They’re not transactional just to be successful, but appreciate the opportunity to get to know their patrons and customers.
The food being extremely good is just a small part of my experience. The customer service and the shared wisdom between men and women at this place of business made it more about the purpose, and the vision. The owner and staff listens closely to other people’s experiences to learn more but also to teach. I learned a lot from them but respect that they honor God in what they do as well as those who taught them and prepared them for their breakout journey. I can see this business being global, as a legacy experience because they choose solutions overs sells to lead and serve with purpose over profit. Their support by a diverse community of people and also engage and encourage the youth.

The food was amazing! Had great service as well. I got the Po’ boy sandwich and the strawberry cheesecake. Everything was so good. The cheesecake was the best cheesecake I’ve ever had! The Po’ boy sandwich was freshly made, so flavorful and delicious. Absolutely would recommend 10/10. I’ll be coming back!

Ginger Mule’s hot shroom sandwich takes second place to these guys. I had the wrap and the fried mushrooms. The seasoning was undeniable and it only got better as I bit past that flaky batter. Even the buffalo and specialty sauces won me over. Clearly fresh ingredients, nice food truck park, solid and straightforward service. Salute to these guys, they’ve got something great goin on here

Vegan food at its best. Everything was very delicious very fresh food and everything was cooked to perfection. Even though the menu was small at the time (because obviously they just open) you can tell that they perfected everything on the menu already. And they’re bringing new things soon to the menu. Service was on point the owners kids were very helping with understanding the menu. All in all it was a solid 9/10. Ambiance was very family friendly a good place to enjoy very nice vegan food and not too costly. Oh and the watermelon refresher was on point you can tell is was all natural juice.
