We went in to eat and had to wait over 30mins just to get our order taken, then we sit down waiting for a while the lady was nice she brought our food to us but then forgot our order of fried pickles then ask for them and we’d finished eating before we even got them. We only chose to eat there because we’ve heard so many times Popeyes is so good, but now all of us have stomach aches u can taste fish in the chicken and the mash potatoes tasted like beans like they boiled their beans and potatoes in the same pot and they cook their chicken and fish in the same pan. Would never visit again unless some serious changes.

This will be our last visit to this location. This is the second time we were pulled to a parking space to wait for our food and waited for an HOUR!! Both times. And both times our food was cold. That makes no sense. For the amount of time we waited it should have been scolding hot. And to top it off we went to request a refund and give them the cold food back and all we got was some points on an app that we will never use. Do better.

This is the worst popeyes I have ate at and this place is one of my favorites everything tastes old and like burnt grease everytime I have tried there last time I DoorDash a few months ago it was cold and just disgusting it tasted like Theo week old piece of chicken and I ordered it again tonight DoorDash cause my girl wanted some popcorn shrimp and I ordered a chicken sandwich well they sent cold stale old fries and the chicken sandwich didn’t even come in the order and the shrimp was dried up burnt pieces iv never seen something like it this place is embarrassing at this point idk how they even stay open it’s always dead and I never understand that when I move here recently cause the one were I use to live stayed packed but I understand now this is awful I will never order or eat at this place again it’s crazy iv tried it like 3 or 4 times cause Popeyes is one my favorites places and I was just hoping it was a bad day or something but no it’s been worse then the time before every time i tried it idk what up w this place but it’s a joke and it’s ruined it for me

First time going there. I loved the Louisiana atmosphere. The chicken strips were good, not greasy at all for fried chicken. I did order the mild and I’m sure if you like it spicy, they have it. I noticed ghost pepper as one of the flavors. The mashed potatoes were good, they were served with brown gravy and black pepper. Very generous portions as well.

Ordered ahead on the app. Two sandwiches, two fries and a drink. Waited 20 minutes after being pulled up and watched 3 other people get their food and leave. Ridiculous

We put an online order in, was 5-10min. Late picking it up. I pulled up to the window, nobody was there, i was the only customer. I told the girl my order#, she walked over and pulled my ticket from where it was hanging, knowing they never started cooking my food, a guy walks over and tells me next time to stop at the speaker and give them my number, because it messes up their while drive thru system. Mind you, nobody was there, which is why i pulled up to the window! But geez he wasn’t lying! It totally messed with their whole thought process! Let me say right now, sorry to any customer that stops there tonight & probably for the rest of the week….. It’s all my fault if your order is wrong! On a positive note, my order was correct, nothing missing! I suggest skipping the fries, they were to old to eat, as they must of sat up there all night! It’s not a college education that people need, it’s trade school! Learning hands on creates the best workers!
