Very nice people, came into get a free sugar free latte, I was told that I needed to be a rewards member for 6 months to get the drink. I came in for my birthday to get a free drink, she gladly hooked it anyways! Highly recommend this location.

This is one of the most disappointing experiences at a Starbucks I have had. I waited nearly 15 minutes at the counter to get my order that was forgotten piece by piece. And the. When I did get my drink its lacked most flavor that it should have. Then my Ham and cheese croissant was forgotten several times upon asking for it, and when it was prepared it only took 15 seconds in their convection oven. However when it came out, it tasted freezer burned, was limp and doughy…
Also only one lady the inside barista vs drive thru, seemed to know what she was doing while everyone else was confused. This was a huge waste of $10+ and time.

First time visiting and I really enjoyed it. I came in around 7pm to get some work done and was immediately greeted by friendly staff who asked how my day was going. The café had a comfortable atmosphere with Christmas music and Christmas decorations One of the staff members brought my sandwich and drink in a mug, took a moment to chat which felt very nice for her to do that and even left a thoughtful message on my food bag. A great experience overall.

Our experience was not good. We waited 10 minutes and there was a period of several minutes where six staff members were standing around and no coffee being made. Everyone except the drive-thru where waiting a long time before getting their orders. The highlight was the mouse running around and everyone trying to get it out of the door before it finally went into the supply closet.
Has regular Starbucks customers are latte and mocha were well below average. Overall this is one The worst Starbucks experiences we’ve ever had anywhere. It put us about a half hour behind our scheduled stop.

Took forever to receive my order I waited about 20 to 30 minutes. When the person gave me the order she didn’t say anything for the whole time I waited, and she looked really pissed for no reason. She also didn’t give me a straw. Really bad service!

There was a woman at the drive up window today who has a bad I am rude attitude. I asked why my drink which is a caramel crunch didn’t have any whip she said ask for whip. I’m like where all my sticker does it say no whip she walked away with an attitude. Another woman had to help me. I really don’t appreciate it and don’t want to go back there tomorrow and find her there cause if she talks to me like that again ever I will stop going there because I go there almost every day. I spend a lot of money and I deserve better service than that.
