I’m not sure who was on staff when my friend and I got carryout last night. The woman was very pushy..we had planned to eat in, but she pushed us to order out…weird at best.. but also tried to help us figure out her menu .
I loved that she said she didn’t use any oils . Just steam… And she was very accomodating to my friend that was very picky. My friend ordered almond boneless chicken and it was tasty… I ordered general tso chicken.. It was ok, but too sugary for me.
If it’s on the menu, I would order moo goo gai pan next time. The fried rice was ok… Not the best I’ve ever had, kinda plain actually. The pork egg roll was tasty, but also tiny as compared to what other Chinese restaurants offer.
Bottom line is I would go back. Order something different and hope for the best!
All in all I would try the food again for sure.

I’ve ordered the shrimp fried rice 3 times for carry out. Owner is so friendly. Dinner portion is enough for 2 people for sure.

Top notch! The pork fried rice has a wide variety of fresh vegetables in it. She asked if I wanted it spicy, I said yes, she asked spicy spicy and I said yes, and I got it! Best Chinese I’ve had in years and a huge portion. The pork egg rolls are great too. The lady was very nice.

The food here is so flavorful and Ms. Ping (I think owner/cook) is the sweetest lady. The food isn’t fried, but steamed, and the vegetables were fresh. She emphasized that she makes healthier food without using too much oil. I had the chicken egg rolls, general tso chicken and hot and sour soup. The soup had so much flavor and was so filling, I had to save some for later. I recommend ordering ahead of time since Ms. Ping makes your order fresh, so it can take some time if you order inside, but the food is worth it!

Great food, with fresh-tasting ingredients and quality product. And the service and attentiveness by the owner was absolutely fantastic! She welcomed us in and accommodated us in every way. The food was excellent, and very tasty. Pot stickers were fantastic, so was the Hunan pork and the sweet and sour chicken. Absolutely wonderful dinner!

This place is the most authentic Chinese restaurant you could go to in the area. Very friendly service. The portions are HUGE. They aren’t lying if they tell you the entree is enough for two people. I would take a picture of the food, but I ate it! This place is a must.

Today I order the szechuan chicken (spicy) and the chicken fried rice. Let me tell you this has to be the best Chinese food in the Toledo area. Szechuan is HOT but very flavorful and I will order again when I stomach has time to recover. The fried rice is impeccable, not another like it around.

The owner/chef is authentic as you get. Lady is the waiter and the chef. She is like a Mom. I ordered a lot of food for myself and she told me that I ordered too much and that I couldn’t eat it all. She won’t let you put any food to waste. She made some girls take the rest in a to go container. I think it’s funny but I can see how it could offend people these days. If you’re looking for the best Chinese food in Toledo, look no further but be prepared for a little loving attitude.

Called to place order, lady was rude. Was having a hard time understanding her. Was giving her my order and when I said I wanted a pork egg roll she went off and said you don’t want it that’s fine good bye and just hung up. Still scratching my head, not sure what just happened. Never have ate here wanted to try it but will NEVER eat there now!

I have tried a lot of local Asian restaurants, and Yum Yummy is the best in the Toledo Area. They have really big portions and such flavorful food that stand out to other competition. I have eaten here a lot with my wife over the past couple of years, and have tried a lot of different food options. I could talk about probably 5 or 6 different meals in depth on how amazing they are, but I will touch on 2. The Lo Mein (Chicken) is by far the best Lo mein noodles I have ever had at any restaurant. Period. It is a must have. The fried rice as well (shrimp) comes with *actually* big shrimp and a ton of vegetables, where other places you might get just fried rice, meat, and maybe egg. The flavor of the fried rice itself is so flavorful as well, definitely not bland.
My advice for future customers: You will find something delicious and filling here, just please be respectful and patient with obtaining your food, since it is mainly a one person show behind the scenes. The owner is the sweetest lady, and is such a great cook, if you show up to pick up your food and are kind and patient, your experience will be amazing!
