Decided to give this place a try because it was very close to our hotel. We shared the 2 cheeseburger meal with onion rings. Delicious!! Onion rings were outstanding!! My sister tried the “original fry sauce” with the rings and said it was very good. Staff was very friendly and patient explaining different options since we had never been there. Ended up taking a moose tracks shake to go and it was one of the best shakes I’ve ever had. Outstanding!

How is this place still open? Maybe I caught it at a bad time.
Small town. Only thing open. Subway closed. Pizza Hut doesn’t open until 3pm or 4pm. Couple family type diners in town maybe. But this is the only fast food show in town for 40 miles.
4 maybe 5 people working. 1 person wearing a sweatshirt that had oil stains on it. Several customers standing, waiting either to order or for their food.
It has an indoor playground, so a few families with kids running around, but means bigger orders also.
The staff was very unorganized and couldn’t keep track of what food was cooked and ready so several people’s orders were delayed or wrong.
The inside matches the outside. Not very clean and inviting. Most of the tables were dirty. The food trays were not being cleaned between uses. Trash on the counters. Condiments were ordered out of the shipping boxes. Drive through broken.
Food however was surprisingly well prepared. Everything tasted fine, or I was hungry.
I might get brave enough to try again when I’m back in the area.

Food isn’t the best of fast food. I only go so my kids can eat their corn dogs and fries while they play inside on the slides.
They do have delicious soft serve options.

We came just to let the kids play. And the tables are dirty, there is no one here. The food took over 35 minutes to come out. All and all it wasn’t a great experience at all. For fast food to took longer then just to go to a restaurant.

We were here on a Sunday night. The only thing open in Kemmerer, Wy. If there was anything else open, I kid you not I would have left.
I have never in my life been in such a filthy fast-food place. The bathrooms were disgusting with feces, pee and pubic hair on the toilet. You can tell the toilets haven’t been client in weeks. There is some kind of brownish mold growing in the inside of the bowl. Toilet lid was broken. The sink and floors haven’t been cleaned in like forever.
The dining room was so gross. The tables were greasy and grimy. It’s been weeks since they were cleaned. There was food all over the tables and floor. The floors look like they haven’t been mopped in months. The windows were covered in kids’ handprints.
There was old food on the floor behind the cashier. You can tell it’s been there for a while. The condiment bar was a complete mess. The pumps for the ketchup and fry sauce were broken.
When they gave us our food. The Ranch burgers were cold like the pulled it out of the fridge. The fries were hot and fresh. I am not usually one to complain. But I notified the corporate office on the condition of this place.

Walked in and the front counter guy was bent over showing almost the whole moon! We waited to be noticed and the gentleman working in the back comes over to the French Fry bin, digs in with bare hands and preceded to eat them while looking at us. We Walked out and went to a different restaurant. We were warned through other reviews and didn’t listen. Definitely listen to the reviews of this place!

I wish I could leave a negative rating! While traveling through Kemmerer WY we stopped at what we thought was going to be a “better than “dairy queen“ experience… Boy were we wrong. When we walked in there was one other customer in the store. We placed our order, when it was brought to our table we were expecting the best but we received a cold $8 hamburger and cold fries. I went to the counter to ask for fresh hot fries I could tell it wasn’t going to be a good experience because of the way the girl at the counter looked at me. Sure enough she never brought them out. Finally we decided to leave but stopped by the counter and asked if the fries were ready yet? They gave me cold fries 🙁 🙁 🙁

The reason I give it 3 stars is – the general claim to fame at Arctic Circle is their “Above the Rim” shakes. While the shakes were mixed well, my shake, and the rest of us in our group, had our shakes either at the rim or even below the rim, in my case.

I ordered the fish. When it came it was picture perfect. But one bite in and it was the most bland flavorless meal I had ever eaten. Same with the onion rings. To be fare it was a burger place but I do not recommend the fish. On a side note even the tarter sauce was bland.
