Went here for lunch yesterday and not only was it one of the most depressing locations I’ve been too but the lack of care to properly prep rate my food was wild. Nobody was doing online orders therefore forcing the line worker to pause the line at me to do 4 onlines. Then I asked for a simple chicken quesadilla with corn and it wasn’t even on the press for 1.5 minutes not enough to melt the cheese or warm it up hardly any color to the tortilla. Terrible experience overall.

The smartest thing Qdoba could do, is lean into the Chipotle hate. They announced that they are raising their prices to appeal more to the 6-figure plus consumer base. We (as average people), were already refusing to go there because they’ve gotten so skimpy for the large price tag. Last night, we went to this Qdoba for the first time in a LONG time. We’re both so happy with the value we received! The food is delicious (I’m sitting here eating the cholula chicken taco and it has great flavor even the next day).
Marketing team, I am willing to bet you’d gain back some previous customers and maybe even gain more if you lean into the struggles people are feeling, and the value return for your dollar in the product. I’ve left Chipotle feeling ripped off and upset. I did not leave Qdoba yesterday feeling that. Mark your flag that you’re here to provide fresh quality at a reasonable price. This location is always fresh and clean. The staff are extremely welcoming. They are accommodating and friendly. You could catch them first thing in the morning or right before they close and they are ready to roll. Everything is fresh no matter when you walk in. Some places lose quality close to closing. This location clearly holds itself to a standard of excellence when it comes to food safety, quality, and customer service. I love the breakfast burritos, its perfect you can grab a small one for when you’re on the go. They have a lot of options for everyone’s preference.

We placed a large catering order for this location for a baby shower we were hosting. Our food was good but we had to make 2 separate trips as they failed to put any sterno in to keep the food warm. Additionally they charged our account 2 times. This was $550.00 .order. The pick up was on Saturday we notified them on Monday and the manager and district manager informed us it will take 8-10 days to resolve. No apologies offered. We are long time Qdoba customers we will not be customers any longer. If you are considering using them for catering please beware.

Tried this place out for the first time and truly disappointed.. shrimp was probably a few days old or cooked for a few days straight. Like a pencil eraser for sure. Shrimp tacos are a no go. If the shrimp was good they only put three little tiny baby shrimp in there. However the brisket burrito was pretty good but it was freaking cold by the time I sat down.. The worst thing is cost. $18 got 3 tacos and 1 burrito. Forget that noise. I’m not ever going back over there just because of the cost in itself for a cold burrito and over cooked shrimp. Two stars for the burrito zero stars for the tacos and they owe stars because of the cost.
Save yourself the time and either go to Chick-fil-A Subway Burger King Freddys Taco Bell Kentucky fried chicken or Arby’s that’s all in the same parking lot.

The food is fine. The trash just outside is disgusting. I don’t think they’ve disposed of the trash in months. It may not be QDOBA’s responsibility, but it’s right outside of their building. It continues to pile up and is worse every day. It’s revolting.

I like the mini-bowl option for a lighter meal. The mango salsa, pickled onions, and pickled jalapeños are great additions to meals. I like the sweet and hot chicken. No extra charge for gauc. Good service also.
