I came in at around evening and the place wasn’t busy at all, so I didn’t have to wait. David at the front counter was very helpful when I came in and offered me a cup-carrier while my food was preparing. And he was very friendly as I was walking out. Thank you.
I ordered the Ultimate Cheeseburger Combo with Seasoned Curly Fries, Oreo Shake and Chocolate Overload Cake. The cake and ice cream worked well together for me and the cheeseburger was nice and juicy in the middle. The curly fries were also pretty good but there were so many I couldn’t finish them all, but I’m not complaining.
Overall I rate my first time at this Jack In The Box location a 4/5.

I go here a few times a week through drive thru. Usually very nice staff and speedy service. Today no one answered the microphone so I waited and pulled to the window to order. When I arrived at the window I asked if the microphone was broke. She said no, then cut off to take the next persons order. I had not given my order yet. She eventually takes my order, seeming upset because I pulled to the window. Throughout the experience the Manager was very rude. When the food was finally really she basically threw it out the window and closed the door abruptly. I had to knock on the window to ask for ketchup. I inquired as to what was the problem and she kept saying “it’s okay us go”. Not professional at all

I can understand getting the order wrong every now and then. But these guys have gotten it wrong in my past 3 orders.. my last wrong order only got 1 / 4 right, and it was simple combos from the menu. Sadly they won’t even answer the phone and I’m stuck with food I didn’t order. At this point I’ve given up ordering from them.

Everyone there is nice. Food was perfect until you ask for ‘ranch’. Just ranch. I need 2 for just myself. The kids need their own. My wife. So they are 25 cents each, no matter what you’ve ordered. That kinda bugs me.

Ordered a Double jack and received a regular jack. Was going here pretty often but they’ve dropped the ball a few to many times with my orders. Nice staff just need to wake up back there while assembling food.

Of all the US fast food chains I went too this was probably the lowest quality tasting, with that said it was fast and cheap. The curly fries were the highlight of our order.

Absolutely disappointed on more than one occasion with the horrendous drive through service. Was waiting at the drive thru intercom on January 3rd 2025 @ 5:50pm to place my order for several minutes with absolutely ZERO acknowledgement from the attendant. Tired of waiting and holding up the drive thru line, I finally asked if anyone was there to take my order. Now if at this point the drive thru attendant apologized for the wait, I would not be writing this negative response. Nope. What I did get was a very impatient, rude and annoyed sounding woman that muttered something unintelligible, and only AFTER I had to holler at the intercom for attention. Absolutely unacceptable. Once I pulled up to the window, I again did not receive any apology or acknowledgement of the inattentiveness and outright rude behavior. Hands down the worst drive thru service I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing, on more than one occasion at this particular Jack in the Box.
