During my most recent visit, I received food that was inexplicably wet. This is both unsanitary and unacceptable. Out of disgust, I immediately discarded it in the trash. I didn’t want a replacement because this incident has completely eroded my trust in this location.

Lucky they got 2 stars… food was mediocre but main thing that irritates me is when app order requests 10 sauce packets, put in 10 sauce packets… not 4. Its clearly requested for a reason, and those things don’t have enough in them these days for 3 bites. Decades menu needs to bring back the bigger sauce packets or at least honor requests. Its not like I asked for 50… which is actually closer to what you need for multiple people.

Custom ordered food in the app. Waited over 40 minutes in line at the drive thru, they gave us the wrong order, got the right order only to get home and find that the food was cold, burnt to a crisp, and none of the add ons or customizations we paid for were added. Terrible service, horrible food, not worth the wait or the price. Even for fast food.
