To to see this place is terrible would be given them a compliment. First of all half a spoon of rice, half a spoon of chicken , quarter spoon of guac. And when I asked the server that’s all the luck I’m going to get she asked if I wanted a double one and I’ll be charged for that’s a no just that she goes and I quote. ” that’s all you gonna get.”

The juice containers were almost empty. One was completely empty and my entire visit there. They never filled it.
This place is very stingy with the food and at the prices they shouldn’t be. The staff were all young and at one time there was five people standing around and people were just waiting in line, which makes no sense but then again they must not care about customer service at all.
My advice is to stay away from this place, not worth your time not worth your money.
Not to mention, everything was cold and the rice was hard and stale.
You want good fresh food from the company store go to the one at Park North now they have fresh warm food and the staff there has always been amazing unless you want to get ugly stairs and stay at this place. Dirty tables and load blasting music. I guess the kids working there think it’s a club.
This place, the Quarry location is off the list and again do yourself a favor

Or do you still have a favor go to H-E-B buy your own guacamole add it to your food when you get to the table and you’ll have everything you want
For close to 20 bucks for a simple meal I could’ve gone to taco cabana and have it for $14 dollars less and it would taste even better.

This is probably the nastiest Chipotle I have ever been in. Wife and I ate there yesterday at 2:30pm. Lunch rush had obviously already passed because the restaurant was empty. Every single table was filthy with food. Floors were also covered with food. We had a hard time trying to find a table to sit at, that was the least dirtiest. Not too appetizing trying to eat your bowl while other peoples corn and lettuce is all over the table and floor. FYI..I used my water cup to drink ice tea. Least they could do.

Placed an order on the app to the wrong location. Called here to cancel and was met with an AI bot that wouldnt allow me to speak to anyone. The AI bot told me I have to go on the app to speak to ANOTHER AI bot to get my order fixed. Went from one AI chat to another, i was at work trying to talk to these things & if the chat is inactive for more than 1 minute it restarts the whole conversation. They wont allow you to cancel orders until you make an order at the other location FIRST, then provide TWO DIFFERENT confirmation codes/proofs of purchase and then you can speak to a real person. It took 2 hours to get a refund. Legit wont be coming here ever again. It was so frustrating.

While my food was decent…..the young man that served me was showing his entire back side…literally full moon thankfully with boxers on…hopefully clean boxers…his pants were not half way sagging they were alllll the way down under his behind. I don’t want to see underwear near my food. Please make sure your staff has their clothes properly secured to their body.

Food is always accurate when I pick up. Fresh warm and yummy. Sometimes they can be slow or not paying attention to when an online order comes in and I have had to wait maybe twice. Both times I get there ask for my order & nothing, then see the person pull a ticket and another few more come out. They get mine out fairly quickly. Place is usually clean and quiet in the evening.

I always get Chicken or Stake Bowl. It’s next to my work, so when I don’t bring lunch It’s super easy for me to just go over to Chipotle. Even if it’s busy, line moves fast. Love their Cilantro Lime Rice.

It’s currently 9:02 pm store closes in hour countertops dirty, crazy for Chipotle usual very clean. Food looked old no customers in the place when we walked in grill in back was also dirty. We left to hopefully go to another open on in the area did not take pictures
