it is 6:30pm on a Friday evening and I came with my son and ordered 2 you pick 2 orders. Came out to $35 i ordered the toasted focaccia caprese. They said they were out of tomato’s, then told me they don’t have trays to eat here and then was told they don’t have bread bowls and then the person next to me had to order their sandwich on different bread… for a place that cost my son and I more than it would to feed a family of 4 at a Chinese take out and all of this happens here I will no longer be enjoying our meals here we will be looking for another place to enjoy a Friday evening meal together. I would recommend you do the same

Usually, we do take out here but every once in a while will eat inside. The menu I think is excellent and has something for everyone. The sandwiches are stacked high and full of flavor. The baked goods are always excellent and the staff is always welcoming.

Panera Bread… the place where you find yourself returning despite your initial thoughts of letting it go, has taken a turn for the worse. The prices are outrageously high for the quality of food. It’s like they’ve resorted to serving gourmet canned goods. It’s sad to see Panera’s decline, especially considering how great it used to be years ago…
On the bright side, their bread is freshly baked and quite good, though it might be a bit hard. The ambiance and service are consistent and great, which is a pleasant experience.

My cashier was great (first time in a while) but my sandwich was missing half of the ingredients. I’m not sure why they can never get the Mediterranean sandwich correct but everytime I come something is missing on it. I can see why they’ll probably close this location

I love their cream of chicken and wild rice soup and their broccoli cheddar soup is amazing!
Hot sanwiches are a particular favorite of mine.
Their croissants are wonderful. Light, flakey, and so buttery!

Ordered 2 chicken Caesar salads for rapid pick up. Had to wait a bit but they were busy so understandable. Quality of the salad went down. The second was not so good. There was more over ripped lettuce than usual. Not a bad place, just wish they checked they salad better. Would still eat here despite anything!!!

2022-11: I’ve been to this location several times, but my most recent experience was ordering through a third party delivery service, but my review is based solely on aspects related to Panera Bread. I ordered the Bistro French Onion Soup Bread Bowl, Greek Salad & Creamy Tomato Soup Combo, and an Everything Bagel with Chive & Onion Cream Cheese. My order was hot and fresh and arrived sealed by the restaurant, packed very neatly. The soups were delicious and the bread bowl was fresh and delicious. The salad was fresh and crisp. Unfortunately, the bagel was left out of my order. Overall, the food hit the spot and despite one thing missing from my order, I’d order from here again.

I ordered take out. When I brought the food home, the baguettes were flat and more like a focaccia and the bread bowl was not even cooked all the way. I stuck it in the oven for about 10 min. Also, it was not cut so that it would be a bread bowl.

We had a group of five and from the drinks to the sandwiches, everything was good. It took less than five minutes for everyone to receive their drinks and food. By the time we but a couple of tables together, they ( the staff ) was calling my name to pick up our order. Also they have an 98 score posted by the front door.
