This places food is one of the worst I’ve ever been to by far! We live right down the street from it and so it’s very convenient so we tend to go there the first few times we went they where busy we where like okay just give them a chance and every time we have been there it’s like the food gets worse! And if you order on door dash and you get a chillie they don’t have an option to get crackers with it on there and they never put crackers in the bag EVER I’ve ordered multiple times I mean when someone orders a chillie just put crackers with it! The food is always cold and so sloppy it’s unreal the French fries are always cold and so salty I never eat my fries from there which is unlike me because I love there fries! The New Martinsville Wendy’s blows this one clear out of the water I can’t believe this one is still open honestly!

I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with this Wendy’s as opposed to those I typically encounter in Pittsburgh. Everything in my order was correct, particularly substitutions and additions to sandwiches. Seems no matter which Wendy’s in the Pittsburgh area I go to, by order is wrong. I dont have high expectations for fast food, but I just had the worst burger Ive probably ever eaten. Ordered 2JBC. The first one’s WRAPPER was cold to the touch. The bottom bun was recently thawed and thrown on the sandwich. The second one was also cold and inedible. Why would you give that to a customer? And the manager handled me my bag!

Food is always good if there is an issue with the order they always fix it. Super friendly staff there is a girl also named Kaitlyn there who usually works the drive through who is very sweet.

This Wendy’s has super friendly staff! Generally the food is really good, and fresh, although sometimes they forget sauces or mix up orders at the window. I do not believe it’s their fault as they are severely understaffed. If I ever have an issue and go inside the manager or other workers are helpful and sincere. They always resolve the issue with kindness and are super professional. Highly recommend as a quick bite while traveling on state route 2.

Went to Wendy’s last week at 7:30 in evening.
My friend & I stood at the register 10 minutes all while we could see several people running around. One came out of the bathroom with iPad in hand (washed hands) & grabbed iPad and went to the back of Wendy’s.another came up & stood in front of us looking very confused & walked away. I said we are ready.
5 or 6 people working & no response . The girl with me used her teacher voice & still nothing. A girl was parked outside in front of sidewalk waiting on something. While in line a guy comes in with a drive they return. I told him to go ahead & good luck because we have been standing for 10 minutes. He held his bag up with no response. Lol I felt as though I was in the twilight zone. Then I wondered if they were getting held up and I couldn’t see. After 15 minutes a pizza looked very good & we left. What a disturbing & strange visit.

Honestly the personality of this place is just amazing. The dynamic between the employees is amazing and just gives a great sense of family. No one was working the register when I came in and the first lassie they sent up there didn’t know what to do but the nice lady who came after her got everything sorted out. Overall a great experience.
