I wish I could give this Taco Bell a higher review because the staff is friendly, but the food has consistently been sloppy for the 3 times I’ve went. Comes out fast, suspiciously fast. The tacos have ingredients slung all around the wrapper, the portions are off, burritos end up looking like pitas lol.
Today’s visit was my last because it was probably a sign that I shouldn’t be eating fast food. They advertised their new Churros. Crispy cinnamon on the outside, soft cream on the inside. Okay, ya know what, sure. I’ll order them. Guys, they forgot to put them in my bag. And they were on the receipt. It’s the ultimate irony because I never would have ordered these.
3 stars because it could be worse. But the price of Taco Bell has gone through the roof. The quality has gone down. And we all know that items are often forgotten in fast food.
Maybe this will reach the right person; have pride in your work. Regardless of what you’re being paid to do, the quality of your work directly reflects you.

Good was incredibly fast but it does feel a little weird might be the manufacturer. Other than that the nice lady named Nancy who works here is the sweetest person there. I went here at 9 pm and was expecting the worst because it’s late night Taco Bell but she made my night so much better I even donated.

Umm… don’t understand what this is.. I get it’s late but it don’t mean you just throw stuff together and send it out. I’ve worked in fast food since I was young I would never do this. If you don’t like your job I suggest you get a new one cause this is fr unacceptable. It was only 11 when we came through the drive thru… whoever was making stuff tonight.. you did horrible.

I don’t know if the owners know this but when you visit @ night through drive-thru They ask if your using your app, if not, they shut the screen off or don’t answer again. There is no one in sight & they clearly dont want to work. They are just on the clock ignoring customers so they leave. This has happened to me multiple times @ this location especially this week. This location is LOSING Money! There were vehicles behind me as well that were just driving off because the person working is hiding. There is usually a white Camaro out there. Not sure if thats the employees vehicle. I’m guessing it is. OWNERS NEED TO CHECK THEIR CAMERAS & NIGHT EMPLOYEES! Crazy its open but nobody is there working.

I went on the 28th of August 2025. So after waiting 10 minutes to order there was two guys in the back not doing anything and they looked right at me then continued to ignore me. I ordered the cheesy steak tacos they had 3 small pieces of steak and treat of my food was put together sloppy and didn’t taste right. There were other customers inside that wasn’t happy about the service. One employee said she just started and said she don’t know how to work the register. The meat had too much seasoning.

Fairly new across from Buc-ee’s. Only the drive thru was open due to not enough workers showing up. Beyond that, the Mgr. and the rest of the staff were fantastic. They even have a covered area outside if you wanted to eat there. This restaurant is a nice place to go. A 5 ⭐’s is given here and ‘s up. ✅

Alexandria was very professional and friendly when I came here on my lunch break. Even though I didn’t know what I wanted,she didn’t rush me thru my order, and I got it in a timely fashion. It was almost closing time, and service is usually terrible around that time. I only get a 30 min lunch, so I really appreciate her.
