5 Stars – Outstanding Service!
I had such a great experience at La Michoacana in North Aurora! I was really hoping for a waffle cone dipped in chocolate, but they didn’t have any pre-made. To my surprise, the young lady behind the counter went above and beyond—she actually dipped a cone in chocolate for me right on the spot. That small act of kindness made my day!
You don’t always find that kind of thoughtful, customer-first service, and it really stood out. The ice cream was delicious as always, but the friendly and accommodating service made this visit extra special. Thank you!

The Dubai chocolate strawberries from La Michoacana Exclusive made for a perfect Valentine’s Day treat for my granddaughter. I drove from Oswego to North Aurora for this special Valentine’s Day pick was definitely worth the visit and would make anyone feel special. Support small businesses.

I love coming here! My go-to is the Dubai strawberries—they’re so yummy! And tostielotes are a must-try. The atmosphere is great Overall, this place has such a good vibe. Highly recommend.

The older man is rude and needs to learn how to speak. I drive far and pay a decent amount of money a hello welcome is the bare minimum. Older woman is nice and has manners.

Great spot for treats in our neighborhood. I love the Red Bull preparado, popsicles, mangonada, and the agua frescas. The owners are super friendly and the store is always spotless.

Absolutely love La Michoacana Exclusive! The new owners are incredibly attentive and the Manager Alma went out of her way to make sure every visit is a great experience. My granddaughter Mikayla has the best time here—she loves the amazing food, the awesome ice cream, and especially dancing to the fun Mexican music! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it’s clear that the owners truly care about their customers. This place is a gem! We’ll definitely be coming back again and again.
