This was my first time coming to Cava’s today and I loved it. I love the atmosphere as soon as I came in I saw smiles and I saw a lot of people from church. Special thank you to Casanova and Stick, you both made the experience easy and you were both very kind. Such a nice space for great and healthy food for friends and family

We placed a to go order through the Cava app and received the completely wrong bowl with the right ingredients on the lid and wrong ingredients inside. When we called the store to get a refund they told us they could not do that and our only option was to come to the store for them to remake it. Keep in mind this was at night and we were unable to drive 20-30 minutes back to the restaurant for them to remake it. The girl was completely unhelpful and rude. These employees are incompetent and we will never be back. If you place an order to go you better make sure to dig through your bowl to make sure you are getting what you paid for!!!

The Mediterranean version of a bowl in one with an affordable price. This location has evolved into a location that hits all areas with 5 stars consistently. It appears to move slow at times because of the complexities of each individual bowl. The overall consistency makes this location a go to.
The Greek salad, Shwarma, and spicy falafel are the best proteins. The steak seasoning is questionable but it’s at the top.
There are so many versions and there is a base, protein, sauces, and toppings for everyone.

I usually always DoorDash from cava but recently they have been slacking like crazy, my past few bowls have had missing rice, missing pita chips, etc. This bowl was my breaking point they forgot my rice and they poured water or some other kind of liquid into my bowl half way. It was so gross and left everything so soggy and completely uneatable.

The experience at this location was very nice from beginning to end! The employees were so happy to help my wife find exactly what she wanted. The location was spotless, even late at night – you can tell they take pride in their work, even the kitchen! I visited today for the first time and I was beyond pleased! The atmosphere is very clean and modern. My take on the cuisine is that it’s a Mediterranean Chipotle, but better! All of the options for dips and hummus’s are bursting with flavor, it was a literal party in my mouth! Everything was so flavorful and I was blown away! I’m the kind that usually always needs a little salt & pepper and was kinda disappointed when I asked for some and they didn’t even stock it. However, one of the employees was so kind as to put a little salt & pepper into a small container and bring it to me. All before I could even dig in. But to my pleasant surprise, I DIDNT NEED IT AT ALL! I couldn’t believe how well seasoned and how great my concoction tasted! A Larry made my bowl and he was so kind and explained the cava flavors to me and helped me make choices that best suited my tastebuds. It was a great experience and I WILL be back. The only downside is that the assembly line moves a bit slow, but I guess that’s at the cost of the superb customer experience! 10 out of 10 recommend!

First time I tried this restaurant and absolutely loved it! Extremely healthy and really good value. The service was friendly and helpful. Only one thing… The tables were a little dirty and sticky. So a little attention to clean up would be great. Other than that, this is my new fave!!

I had the most amazing service today at the Hoover store. My server was Larry. He greeted me with the best attitude. He even asked me how I was doing. He did rush me and even asked had I tried all the proteins Cava offered. He was a burst of good energy. I hope you all appreciate your employees. But most of all I pray you all tell them and reward them for a job well done!!!
