Ordered nachos bell grande. While we were waiting went to fill up cup at soda dispenser and saw who I assumed to have been the drive thru girl. She was standing at the corner a little pale and ended up throwing up. She cleaned her mess promptly and I asked if she was ok. She said yes then disappeared around the counter. Hope you feel better sweetie!

Shrinkflation is real. The size of everything has shrunk. This place is a hate/love relationship, you hate that you love it. Go to a regular Mexican food truck or restaurant and support local. The food scientists are working overtime to keep us addicted to the bell.

Most notable about this location – in 4 years I’ve been about 10 times and the drive-thru crew is ALWAYS so friendly! Worth writing a review on because it makes a difference 🙂 TY!

I’ve been disappointed here before. But it had now happened so many times that I’m done. I request extra ingredients in my items. I don’t get them. I ordered a loaded chipotle chicken griller. It was almost completely flat. Once I opened it up, there were about five tiny pieces of chicken (I tear off the extra edges of the tortilla, as I see it as unnecessary calories with no taste). I ordered a chicken quesadilla with extra, extra cheese. I was charged for one extra serving of cheese (I ordered two) and I was also charged for extra jalapeño sauce, which I did not order. The quesadilla was so flat! I opened it up, and the cheese was not even on 1/4 of it. It had not been sliced into for pieces, as it normally is. There was barely any cheese on it, let alone the “extra, extra cheese” that I had ordered. So frustrating. I specifically order extra quantities of what I find the typical items to be lacking, yet it did absolutely no good. I have continued to go to this store bc it is on my commute home. I would rather go out of my way to find another location, farther away, than to be continually disappointed. This meal was so unacceptable.

Unlike a few other Bells in this area, the food is absolutely fresh and well prepared

It’s a taco bell folks, don’t expect too much. Do not like the self ordering, I like to order with a person. Just a perso al think. Food is consistent no matter what TB you go to. Had a craving for soft tacos which is why I went. Definitely NOT my favorite taquerias tacos, but hey, close, quick, and relatively inexpensive.

The food here is Taco Bell as you expect but the service it’s just very terrible. I feel bad for the people working there because it’s always incredibly understaffed. It takes forever to get your food and the lines are super long. One time I was there a guy quit on the spot and walked out. I don’t know if people quit every time I’m there but there’s never enough people working.

Update: I have been here multiple times since my original post and it’s somehow gotten worse. Last time the fryer wasn’t working so I couldn’t get a chalupa. Also they forgot my cinnamon twists. More recently, they ran out of tomatoes so no tomatoes on anything… I wish whoever was in charge of running and overseeing this Taco Bell would do something about it. I’m 5 for 5 on bad experiences here. I keep coming back in hopes of it getting better, but I’m always severely disappointed.

Worst ever, district manager was in one day good, next day 20 minute wait, no one caring, horrible. Worst bean burrito ever! That pic is only one, could not even eat it. A sad place for taco bell. Just close the store if you serve food like that.

Food it’s good but the costumer service is bad, team members are rude and people never help on the register for people who want to pay cash.

Fresh food. Diet Pepsi was perfect carbonation. First time trying Mexican Pizza. It was ok. Not much meat in the taco supreme though. Lots of sour cream
Price was a little much as the combo was like almost 10 dollars!
