Placed an online order and still had to wait at the window over 5 min with no line. That wasn’t the bad part. The girl comes to the window and says “next time it would be nice if your window is open” lol we waited over 5 min at the window and not to mention it’s a cold morning.

Absolute worst place to sit and drink a nice cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich. At least four kids in the back kitchen area were standing around slapping on their cell phones and had to wait for them to get done before I could order! Close this awful place and put something we need in this town!

I’ve been here a couple times since they open and I just kept on trying to be patient but basically this location sucks. The customer service is horrible at the best they’re rude and they act like you’re bothering them if you complain about anything the drinks are watered down I don’t understand why we’re watering down coffee that’s bullshit I haven’t gotten food but I’m sure that it isn’t hot because it doesn’t ever look like it’s coming out hot to other people I really tried to like this place but they really need to revamp their whole staff get some people actually know how to make a coffee and who have a smile on their face and who aren’t going to be mad about doing their job or being accountable for they mess up their job I’m just going to have to keep going inside City Market I guess

This is the worst starbucks I’ve been to. They kept making my drink wrong in the drive through so I went in. They still didn’t make it right was rude about it and then proceed to talk about it like i was the problem. I work in customer service i would never treat anyone the way i was treated. I will never go to this starbucks again.

This Starbucks is always out of stock on many items. This includes certain food and beverage items. The consistency of drinks are way off. Rather go inside the city market.
