When I received my taco’s there was little to no meat on them. I took one up to the manager, Maria who was very offensive. She said that was a scoop very rudely. I told her I would bring the other one up as it was the same way. I was told no need. Luckily the all had a raise and obviously no training in customer service.

I don’t understand.
A #7 with a Pepsi and 2 steak burritos.
The Mexican pizza was a disaster. I had to eat it like a burrito because it wasn’t even cooked.
The two steak burritos were as big as regular soft tacos and severely burnt.
It’s really not hard to make fast food
The shit is premade and all they need to do is assemble.
$30 for this and I got $10 worth of food.
I should have just gone home and drank water.

One of the best Taco Bells! Barely a year old, but still seems brand new. Staff is friendly and on the ball. They try to keep the dining room spotless. As well as the bathrooms. If you’re getting off the Expressway at Hillcrest, this is where you want to stop.
My only complaint is that i don’t drink Pepsi products. At least they have tea.

I have no idea what’s going on with the crew today working at 130pm, the lady’s working register. Mainly the one whom handed me my food with a bun also working window.. Had the WORST CUSTOMER service I’ve ever experienced. I work for retail/customer service. This is unprofessional, making the store itself frowned upon. The whole lobby is upset by our service. Remember we are HOW you get paid, raises & etc. A smile is free if anything at all.. I pray yall fix the source… and have a positive adjustment moving forward..

I would love to talk to one of the district / general managers that I posted in my pictures. I went through the drive-thru on our long trip home and ordered a chicken quesadilla light cheese. I received a packed full of cheese quesadilla with ZERO chicken. I had to turn around on the highway to go back because it was the premise of getting my order correct instead of finding and paying for more food. I’m tired of going places and having to check my meals every time. Usually a Taco Bell gets it right . I walked in and asked maybe I could get a refund and my quesadilla remade. To my SURPRISE there was TWO other customers in there that went through the drive-thru and their orders were missing things and messed up as well. I waited approximately 5 minutes to get my quesadilla remade when you had six people working in the kitchen area and one in the drive-thru. If you could please get a hold of me I would appreciate it. I don’t trust a manager to actually get their team in gear here. One of the customers (a local) waiting there told me you just lost a customer as they have problems at this location

I was excited because TB has finally brought back the Nacho Fries Bell Grande! I visited this location and came home to open my bag and was very disappointed. Below is my picture, after I ate one fry and some of the cheese on the side…..compared to the advertisement picture. The meal today isn’t even half of the amount that used to be served. The sign on the building said 2X the fries, but I think TB has fallen short. I understand 2020 is hard, but I loved the Fries Bell Grande and was seriously looking forward to my lunch.

We have ate here a few times, but tonight was absolutely disgusting! The lady working the window was hateful and just looked miserable. Then when we get home the tacos looked like this. They were so soggy it was gross! The bottom was so mushy

The food is trash (Seriously. The food is literally in my trash can right now). I didn’t realize that they had given me someone else’s order and thought I was just missing my son’s three soft tacos, so I went back. The employees were arguing with each other, but I finally got them and went back home. Nothing in my original bag was correct or edible, so I called and spoke with a manager who laughed at me and said I probably got the wrong order. Really? You think? No. I’m not going back for the third time tonight. I doubt I’ll ever go back again. Gross.
