Extremely friendly staff…I am a fan of their coffee. I enjoy the flavor and quality. Others may have their favorites but Caribou is always mine. It’s in a grocery store so even though they have a nice area to sit etc. it’s still that atmosphere.

I absolutely love their strawberry banana smoothies… when they are made right. This is the second time I’ve been here, and the smoothie has a hint of flavor. This is the only location that can’t make the smoothie I love.

I shop here infrequently but do enjoy my visits. The store is fairly new and is progressing nicely. They offer a wonderful seating area with a loft area as well. I purchased this beverage using the mobile app and my only complaint is that I can’t leave a tip (maybe a problem with in store locations).

I dont think they like to make hot drinks. The hot drinks are always luke warm at most. The hot cocoa was basically the same temperature as refrigerated milk. They weren’t much warmer when remade. She said something about the machine not working properly.

Felt bad for the barista as she was the only one working at this location this morning. Obviously the service was slow but I give kudos to the person working as she kept her cool and did her best under the pressure. Between the drive through and customers inside the establishment

I go here most Sundays and the staff is always so sweet! They get drinks out in a timely manner and are always so thankful when you leave them a tip. Great place to stop for your pick me up!

I ordered online for pickup. The order submission failed, but I still got charged. I showed them the purchase and they explained that the product wasn’t available. I had to order something else and they made it SOOO sweet and overbearing. The overall experience wasn’t very professional or friendly.

The drinks are delicious. The service and food was not good in my experience. I was given an overheated sandwich where all the cheese and condiments were slid off into the wrapper. The management (a young teen) was disrespectful and unwilling to give me a new sandwich. I hope this location becomes a Dunn Brothers.
