We drove down from Parker specifically for Vegan Week, and of course Elephant Thai did not disappoint. A favorite of ours whenever we are in the area, they have an extensive vegan menu of delicious options. We tried 4 of the 6 specials offered for Vegan Week; all of which were very flavorful and had a unique twist.
From day one, the staff has always been welcoming, cautious of our dietary restrictions, and very kind. We are grateful Elephant Thai has so many options for us to enjoy and make it a point to try something new each time we dine in. I suffer from food allergies and everything on the menu is clearly labeled, so it’s always been an easy time to find something I can eat. If you’re a vegan and haven’t yet discovered this establishment, put it on your list and find your new favorite dish!

Been here a few times and the food has been consistently very good. I enjoy the hot ginger drink, spring roll, and yellow curry. A bit pricey but you pay for quality. Will be back!

I usually do not give reviews but this place was unbearable. Each dish was so sweet that it felt like I was eating a dessert. Theyre masking their lack of spices and ingredients with sugar. I started getting a head ache from all the sugar. I asked to get my curry with less sugar but when it came back it was just water, coconut and a tiny bit of green curry. I then understood why they put so much sugar. Absolute disrespect to thai food. They didn’t even have live chili’s. They gave me chilis to put on pizza.

New location and menu! This is an amazing Thai restaurant with all the usual options PLUS a large selection of chef specials! They have numerous vegan and vegetarian options as well as choices for the carnivores in your group. Combo booth/tables inside along with a large patio give you a variety of seating choices. Went with the Spring roll and the Pineapple Curry. Large portion sizes and you can dial in the heat to your liking – medium was just on the spicy side of perfect for me!

This place has quickly become a new favorite. I love their large selection. They have a fantastic vegan and gluten free menu too. We’ve loved everything we’ve tried so far. The staff is friendly. Cant wait to go back!
Update:
Although I miss their cute (but smaller) and closer restaurant, their new place is lovely! It is much larger, nicely decorated and has an outdoor patio section. They still have the same good service, delicious food and large selection. We love this place, it’s become our favorite Thai restaurant in town.

The welcome was warm and the staff was polite, especially the long-haired woman who took care of our table (I don’t remember her name, I apologize)
I really liked the tom yum noodle soup. The restaurant looked clean in general. Let’s talk about what I don’t like, it seemed unnecessary to have different prices for lunch and dinner. I don’t think I should pay different prices with the time difference when I want to eat the same product. I recommend it for the flavor!

Wow! First time in and received a totally gluten free menu. Diagnosed Celiac so it can be very difficult to find a new and safe place to eat out. The staff are all wonderful and welcoming! And the food!!! Drool worthy and so good. Clean eating and you can choose the level of spice. Nice big portions too. Heartily recommend this restaurant!

Went here, as I saw that they have a good choice of gluten free options. Ordered a chicken dish and got a soup as a starter. On the side of the plate there was a (breaded) dumpling. I asked (just to be sure): Is this also gluten free, and the waitress said: No, it’s not. So your concept is a gluten free menu (which is actually really good by the way), many of your customers come here because of those options (two women next to me also had to eat gluten free), and then you give out a starter to those people, containing a breaded dumpling. People who are not as informed, might eat it and get serious health problems / stomach pain. Maybe it is because I am German, but it just really doesn’t get into my head, how you can work like this, especially as you seem to have gluten free customers on a daily basis. Taste of the main dish was OK. Lady from the service over the top friendly and enthusiastic, just not much behind it as it seems.
