Speaker is broken. Survey code is being manipulated. Someone has given themselves kudos, when they don’t deserve it.
No one should get priority. Stick to a first com first serve basis. Person in the Grey vehicle was able to start eating his food and he was served before the person that waited in line.
While the older gentleman marked by the number one, sat and waited.
Pumping out orders in order to meet numbers does not excuse the fact of having cold food ( that’s dangerous if not fatal).
The 9$ impossible whopper was cold. While the 2$ tacos were hot .
After being asked to wait 4 -5 minutes and then watching 3 vehicles gets served while I was waiting ( for what I thought was going to be extremely hot food ) I was deeply disappointed.
I do not recommend this location.

The food was great as always. We went through the drive thru. The lady taking our order, Stephanie, through the speaker was very rude. It was just very snarky comments on how we said things and there was zero friendliness. We got to the first window to pay and even there she wasn’t nice what so ever. Second window guy was absolutely amazing. Very friendly. Overall, do not go here if Stephanie is working. She will ruin your mood instantly.

I was pleasantly greeted by Nate at the drive thru. He was very personable and took time out to chat to me while I was paying. What a change usually the person snatches your money and doesn’t even respond when you say thank you. Then I picked up my order and Kyle was there and made sure I had everything I needed in the bag including napkins and ketchup/sauce. Just an overall great experience even if it was just a couple of minutes. Keep these two as they are gems!

My experience here was incredible. I was flabbergasted by how friendly the cashier Stephanie was to me. And then there was Dakota. He was fantastic as well. He helped my son solve a complex math equation I myself couldn’t quite figure out. The food was amazing as well! When I asked who to give my thanks to, I found out Hope made my food. I recommend this burger king to anyone.

The food was banging, it was made perfect and was nice and fresh. I think it was only like 1 guy back there, maybe 2 (the cook) but it was made timely and was awesome. My 5yr old said it was the best burger and made just right. Props to whomever worked the evening shift of 6/3. Keep up the great work.
