significant and myself came for our 4 year anniversary it was a professional setting where it’d have some patrons asking
“am I well dressed for this establishment”
Furthermore I got the “Ruth’s classic”
Salad- entree- desert combo being I think that is the only way to get the cheesecake for desert, prime rib was decent w the lobster tail BUT the 6oz that my gf ordered as her classic was delicious. Overall experience is special occasion worthy. We had a good time. Sad the reflecting pool wasn’t on.

After a long drive to Soaring Eagle, our dining experience was perfect! The food is worth every penny, sizzling on table with beautiful presentation & melt in your mouth steaks.
The atmosphere was elegant and cozy. The lighting was soft and the open windows made everything sparkle. The service was impeccable! Our waitress, Alex was knowledgeable of the menu, attentive, and personable!
Favorites:
Espresso Martini – Probably the best I have ever had (complements to the bartender) It was rich & smooth with a balanced blend of vodka, coffee, & a frothy top!
French Onion – Harmonious balance of flavors and textures, falling apart with every spoonful.
Lobster Mac & Cheese – A must try (enough to feed 3 people as a side or Appetizer). The Mac & Cheese was rich & velvety with tender chunks of lobster on top.
Filet & Ribeye – Both were melt in your mouth tender, perfect medium rare temp, & luxurious rich satisfying flavor.
Seasonal Carrot Cake – No nut, aromatic blend of carrot & cinnamon. The cream cheese frosting perfectly complimented the moist, fluffy texture of the cake.

My company held a celebratory sales dinner at Ruth’s Chris and from start to finish, the experience was top notch. Greeted and escorted to a well suited room, attended to by Michael, then service by Kat and her team was the best. They anticipated what we wanted before we knew.The cocktails, steaks and entire meal, including appetizer, entree, sides and dessert were amazing. We are so glad we chose this steakhouse and will be back. Kudos to the staff and chef. ⭐️

The fist steak I ordered had a hair in it, they were kind enough to comp it and bring my a new steak however the second steak they brought me tasted like roast beef, super fatty and disgusting. They ended up replacing that steak thankfully but we will never come back. The service was great and so was the atmosphere. Here’s pics of my husbands steak vs my steak that tased like beef.

We had an amazing experience at Ruth’s steak house. We were celebrating a birthday here and they beyond to make this a special night. They had rose petals on the table, a birthday card and a beautiful dessert display. The food was extraordinary and my husband said that was the best steak he has ever had and we have tried many places. The staff that worked there were very professional, kind and helping. Thank you for such an amazing night and making our daughters night one she will remember.

Nitsiniiyi’taki – I thank you to Restaurant Manager, Rondo Sanders and his team (Vanessa, Tim, Kat, and David) who provided me with such a great experience while working in Mount Pleasant, Michigan this past week (Sept. 15-18th). In fact, the food, service, and atmosphere (including company with folks I met such as Shirley and Bob, Penny and Jeff, and Casey) was so great that I actually ate here 3 nights in a row! Top food choices: steak, their special fall butternut squash, and mashed sweet potatoes with pecan crumble. Oh, and zuchinni fries (extra crispy)! Top drink choices: dirty martini, expresso martini, blueberry mojito. If you are alone–don’t be afraid to sit at the bar and make friends! And when you are done eating/drinking, sit out the patio and/or take a walk around the pond! Enjoy!

1st visit vs 2nd visit: from 1 star service to now a 5
You can read why our first visit was less than satisfactory down below, but I wanted to come back and edit my review because our 1st experience was VERY different from our 2nd. I ended up getting in touch with a manager after our 1st experience and they very kindly gave us a gift card and asked us to return sometime soon. We ended up returning today, February 13th, and our experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish: Brielle (I think that is how you spell her name) was wonderful, and food and drinks were fantastic, and we left completely satisfied and happy! The French onion soup is the best I’ve had, and I really enjoyed the scallops as well. We will be back again!

The food was fanatastic, but our service was really lacking.
The sebass I ordered was delicious but did not come prepared as described on the menu. It said it would come with a soy glaze over Asian vegetables and it came over a bed of spinach with a garlic breading.
Our server forgot to put in our order, or something similar to that. We couldn’t understand what had even happened. We arrived at 4:45 and didn’t receive our food until 6:30.
The manager came over to speak with us but did not ask us about our experience or offer any discount or retribution. Our server ended up just bringing us dessert and bread to take home. We were running so behind we had to box our food and take it to go at that point so we didn’t even get to enjoy it in the restaurant.
Hoping others have a better experience, especially when the bill is almost $400.

Nice clean establishment. We had reservations and the hostess was rude. Server Chris and trainee Scotty were on point and did everything to make sure we where taken care and happy, I highly recommend these guys ! The bread was delicious, the appetizers came out in less than two minutes and were great as well. For being a steak house , they were out of T bones and New York strips on a Saturday at 6pm. Of the 6 steaks we ordered, one was over cooked and one was under, not a good look for a top notch steak house. I had steak with crab stuffed shrimp, in my opinion Applebee’s steak and shrimp taste better hands down , and for less than a third of the price. The potatoes in the AuGratin potatoes wernt cooked and hard, they did take them back and didnt charge us for them. After leaving halfway out to the car I noticed the lady who brought our dinner out had dumped cheeze sause from the Mac and cheese all over the back of my wife’s jacket. All in all , not a good fist impression. Update 12.7.25 Stain on jacket will not come out , its ruined.
