As soon as you walk in the door you are immediately greeted by a smiling person at the counter. The employees are all very welcoming and they are very quick to get you seated and served. The pizza here is phenomenal, and I’ve never had an issue whether I’m dining in, carrying out, or even delivery. They are fast and super efficient. The restrooms are also very clean. Overall it is a 10/10 experience. Thank you Pizza Hut Portland!

Asked politely for well done on both pizzas (you have to just to get one baked regular amount) and received both almost raw in the middle, underneath middle is wet with the crust/cheese at the edge barely showed it was baked. Pepperonis weird soft like lunch meat so undercooked. Happened too many times now baking it again at home to be edible. Just going back to Papa John’s from now on.

I don’t recommend the pasta. Both our pasta selections came to the table cold. Yes, they took them back and reheated them. And they gave us a credit on the tab, but I am less than impressed. If you order pizza all is great. Not so much the pasta.

I came here Tuesday, August 5th around 3:30 pm for a $2 personal pan pizza. I had just come from physical therapy & I was in crutches. The lady working the register was SUPER NICE & helpful! She offered me a bag to carry my soda, she offered to carry my pizza box to my car for me – I told her thank you but i think I can carry it – & she came to hold the door open for me as I left. I really appreciate the kindness & the help as it’s hard having to use crutches & try to do normal stuff. I also love the $2 personal pan pizza deals going on right now. I’ll be back tomorrow. (:

When I arrived to dine in for late lunch there was no one in there but myself and a friend. It was genuinely the best experience I’ve received in a good while. The waitress did a phenomenal job (she also made our order)! She was very friendly and open to my friends suggestions to a very good combo meal. When our food arrived it was cooked to order. We complimented her for that. We also enjoyed the food. We told the manager about it as well. My friend and I left her a really good tip for the experience. All in all it was a great dining experience.

Well i did a “test” I always get a medium thin crust peperoni ham bacon and pineapple pizza this time I decided to get it from pizza hut omg what a fail the crust was chewy and sooo greasy I could hardly eat it. it was also almost 10 more so crazy well back to dominoes I go!!

I see bad reviews does not encourage this place to do better. I ordered a large pizza, cookie, 2 sandwiches and 4 drinks. 2 hours later I got 3 drinks 2 were the wrong flavor, a brownie that wasn’t even sliced, a burnt pizza, and 2 sandwiches that were not the ones I ordered. The manger said she would comp me, she did not. The whole experience was bad from the cooks to the driver to the management.
