We visited Pho Kup in Albuquerque and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The woman at the counter became visibly rude and unprofessional as soon as we selected the “no tip” option on the screen. Her attitude changed immediately, and her behavior made us feel very uncomfortable.
We believe tipping is optional and should never be forced or punished with poor service. The photos attached reflect the exact moment and setup we experienced, including the menu and tip screen.
The food was okay, and the place itself has a nice atmosphere but the service completely ruined it for us. We hope management takes this seriously

Jeez I don’t know where to start. I love a good soup. For the most part pho is just ok too me. Not this place it was phenomenal and inexpensive.
Fast friendly service. I had spicy beef lemon grass with meatballs and steak. DAMN GOOD

This used to be my favorite Pho place, but my past 5 visits have presented consistently novel ways of disappointing me. It’s something different each time, from my broth and noodles being mixed together when I am ordering take out, causing them to be very soggy when I get home, to the restaurant randomly closing when I show up. Thankfully there are other places in Albuquerque to get pho, so I’m not going to spend a depressing amount of time to write a bad review anymore.

The food was amazing. I loved the fact that they had smoked beef brisket in the pho! Unfortunately, I did not get my Raw Beef. There was only 1 sliced of smoked beef brisket and 3 beef meat balls that were sliced into small portions. It is a decent bowl of Pho. I had ordered the large bowl with Thin pho noodle (original pho noodles), raw beef, beef brisket, beef meatballs, spicy beef lemongrass broth (spicy level is a 2), basil, cilantro, green onions, onions, oyster sauce, and Sriracha. Drinks was Roast Coconut, which is hardly seen at many Asian Restaurants, and this is the first! I had the New Mexico Eggroll, which had Mac&Cheese with the Green Chili. It was a good and interesting taste of New Mexician twist to an Eggroll. Overall, I enjoyed the meal, just wished the meat wasn’t lacking and missed. But the smoked brisket was AMAZING in the broth, and then again, there was too little of it.

We had the Minor serving of Brisket and Beef Meatball Pho. The food was delicious, plentiful, and savory. Andrew helped us through the 4 step process and did an awesome job. If in the mood for Pho, this is the place.

Best phoking pho I’ve ever had!! And I used to work as an Asian cuisine fine dining restaurant. Fresh thin sliced red beef if immaculate, I live three hours away and will be making trips down specifically for this place. Great service, fast response time, and in a quiet location. 100% recommended this place if you’re looking for great Vietnamese food in Albuquerque.

Probably the best pho we’ve had in Albuquerque so far. I’d say even better than the places we tried in the East Bay area last year. Delicious broth and fresh ingredients. The shrimp spring rolls tasted so fresh and amazing as well.

Nice place with a mix of traditional and non-traditional Vietnamese foods. We tried the New Mexico style egg rolls, which were filled with mac and cheese plus green chiles, served with sriracha hot sauce – different, but it works!

Love the name. I got the Minor size with rice noodles, rare steak, and beef broth. Plenty stove hot. Great selection of veggies and sauces. Would definitely come back.
