Papa Murphy’s has excellent take and bake pizza. I’ve never had anything other than what I expected from this location or any of the others I’ve been to. Service is generally good insofar that they are respectful and do fulfill your order. However, there lacks an upbeat or at least motivated atmosphere. It is a small, order and go, establishment. Therefore, one can not expect the traditional dine in atmosphere, which is to be expected. Beyond the customer service aspect, the interior of the establishment is pretty bland. It would serve Papa Murphy’s to brighten up the interior and train their employees in proper customer motivational engagement.

The XLNY pepperoni and sausage pizza was amazing. I especially enjoyed the very thin crust and sausage crumbles. The pepperoni was tasty too! The pizza was ready for pickup as expected. The staff was friendly too!

I’m usually satisfied on how well papa Murphy’s pizza turn out. This time I sent my son to pickup a mobile app order and I couldn’t believe what I seen when he showed me the one of the family size stuffed (Chicken&Bacon) looked more like a stuffed 12” the staff told my son to just stretch it out? WTH! All they had to do was remake the pizza for a customer, but not this particular worker! You let me know how do you stretch out a stuffed pizza that’s already been stuffed? and only 12” the crazy thing about it is the dough wasn’t evenly laid out on the family size tray properly. To make matters worst it was the wrong pizza No chicken&bacon with the white sauce what I ordered. I get a ground beef and tomato sauce stuffed my son ate it and didn’t like nothing about whoever order that was, well we got it and here is the end results! You tell me am I wrong about they’re staff could’ve just remade the pizza!

I do not intend to come back to this location again in the near future. We called in our order and it wasn’t ready for 10+ minutes after we arrived. The store front was dirty, garbage on the floor, & the bathroom was GROSS, had nothing to dry your hands with, and smelled like pee. One of the 2 teens working was very sloppy with his work and his shirt was touching the pizza he was making. You can see his quality work in the photo. The Saran wrap around his pizza barely covered it & we didn’t receive any cooking instructions. The other teen did try to clean up a little bit, but was also the one who was designated to turn away any walk-in customers (it was 6:15).

We were rushed to make a decision and met with a sigh and a head hang… food was not good, extra cheese was barely 1oz extra, food was bland, I make better pizza at home. The pizza is overpriced and the atmosphere is rather blah.

My husband and I stopped in at this location on 8/5/25, about 2:30 pm to order a pizza. I just wanted to compliment the employees that were there that afternoon. There were several people waiting for their pizzas, but the several young men working behind the counter were so efficient, it took only about 5 minutes to get our pizza. All of them were working really hard, no goofing around, talking or ignoring the customers, as one would so offen find at a fast food chain. I just wanted to commend those young men on their commendable work ethic! We’ll likely be visiting this location again!

I will never go back to this store! One of the items I ordered wasn’t available so they said I would get a refund. That hasn’t happened yet. The biggest reason I won’t go back was due to how filthy it was. There was food all over the counters and floor. My wrapped pizza had food hanging on the bottom as well.

DIRTY. There was scraps everywhere. Even dead bugs and Flys on the sils. I peeked in the back and it was a disaster. There is no way, absolutely no way they are following sanitation guidelines here. It was gross. The pizza, was ok. I ordered the stuffed pizza and it was all bread about 3 inches from the outside in. Hardly and fillings. I will not go here again.
