My first visit to this place was a delightful experience. I ordered the mango habanero wings, and they were a perfect blend of flavors. It wasn’t spicy as expected. It was more on the sweeter sauce. It definitely had an Asian fusion flavor like sweet chili sauce. The coating was just right, and there was an ample amount of leftover sauce on the plate, allowing me to savor every bite. However, I didn’t give them a 5-star rating because I prefer my wings extra crispy, and unfortunately, that wasn’t an option online. Despite this minor setback, the wings were a good size for snacking, and I might consider ordering again in the future, but not anytime soon.

HORRIBLE AND I MEAN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I ordered 2 pizzas and 12 wings through slice, I go pick up my order and I checked the pizzas to make sure they were made correct or not burnt and they looked fine, so I drive home. Once I get home and go get a slice I quickly realize the pizza isn’t even fully cooked and is still doughy! The wings look like they were cooked yesterday and are dry with no extra sauce on them whatsoever.
I called us pizza and tell them my issue and the manager tells me I can come back for more sauce and if I want to bring the pizzas back they can cook them longer for me!! WHAT?! That’s against health code! I told the manager I live 30 minutes from there, I’m not driving back and I just want a refund. He tells me he can give me credit and I told him I’m not coming back to that establishment and he tells me “oh no no not for today for another time” and I explained to him that everytime I go there I have an issue but this has been the worst and I’m not going back there. He tells me to contact slice for a refund then.
So after we hang up I contact slice who tells me the manager refuses to give a refund stating the food was fresh & warm. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Food can be “warm” and still not cooked, I even told them I can supply photos and slice told me there’s nothing they can do based off the managers response.
I would not recommend this location to ANYONE! The one off grand is the best!!

Fresh toppings but I don’t care for their white sauce, I’ve had it a couple times now and it’s just very bland. The crust is usually on the doughy side. Breadsticks are good and large portion as pictured. One big plus is that they deliver to my area, nobody else does.

Very annoyed that I placed my online order, showed up 20 minutes later to be told, I must be at the wrong store. Showed them the order for this location. Then was told by someone else that they “just recieved my order.” Had to wait another 15 mimutes for it.

Alright so there are two locations, we had to try both(apparently they are brothers) and I will have to say that the pizza on Bell and Reams location is better. I would also say the service is much better at this location as well. We just moved to the area and told the waitress this and how we needed to find a new go-to pizza spot and she was super cool and even hooked us up with free churros which totally locked us in. Another time there was an extra order of mozz sticks that we got offered. Good looking out!! It’s a further drive to get to this location but I appreciate the service and ‘treat me right and I will keep coming back !!! – it’s hard to find any company today that treats customers like they are important. aaannnd the food is FIIIIRRRREEEE.
