I went through the drive-thru and the young gentleman that helped me at the drive-thru was very interesting and talkative. He gave me a little small cup with a little bit of whipped cream in it for my little frontier had with me. Definitely will come back again!

I go to an Arby’s about once a year, just enough time to moderate my last disappointing visit. I love the idea, but the execution, it seems, just escapes them. So it was last week.
We have looked at this location of about a year as we exited Starbucks drive thru just off the 10 at Monroe. Nice new building. Very modern looking take on the concept.
Here’s a clue, the Great Service Bell at the entrance is missing the bell. But then again, no one was looking to ring it day we visited. My hair could have been on fire and the server would not have noticed, or for that matter cared. No one seemed particularly concerned about the cleanliness, or if the straws were available.. Service was just neglectful.
The food at best was OK. But just there, not interesting or flavorful. Maybe I am just too picky, but I remember when roast beef was full of flavor. This tasted like it had been boiled not roasted. The bun was gummy. Just not a great experience.
Oh well, we’ll try again next year..

The woman at the counter was tinging a customer up so I decided to try to order my favorite item at arbys sliders and she literally looked at me straight in the face and smirked and said we are closed and walked away… why! The worst service ever encountered in an arbys. Im a trucker and got a shower and no time to sit and eat peacefully so I decided to take with me and she was so rude no more customers but myself literally right after the lady infront of me. What a fiasco! Was desperately looking for a restroom near me and saw on Google that Arby’s was listed as open til 1am. I was so “relieved” to see the OPEN sign lit up (see photo) and people still inside.
When I parked, they were leaving and I asked the girl if I could use the restroom. She seemed sympathetic but was forced to ‘ask her manager’ before showing kindness and mercy to a stranger. The manager said NO. I pointed out three things:
1. Your posted hours say you’re still open
2. Your LED sign says OPEN in bright lights
3. People were just inside and the door was unlocked
I hope the manager never has to URGENTLY use the bathroom only to have the door shut in THEIR face.
Avoid this Arby’s like the plague. It’s management wouldn’t know human kindness if it gave them a hug.

Went through the drive thru. Lack of sevice from employee. This was my second time ever going there. There was no wait line employee acted like she was in a rush. Very disappointed in my sandwich there was flavored to it. I got the French dip sandwich and an apple turnover pastry.. never again.
