Food and service here is extremely hit or miss. One time its 5 star and just absolutely wonderful and the next time management will stand there insulting you because the current coupons in their flyer you got in you Logan county mailbox were actually for a different location in another county. I fully understand that being annoying but no restaurant employees should be rude to customers for something their corporate office mailed out wrong. Personally If I was the manager id accept the coupon. But oh well. Also about 1 out of 3 orders has some little mistake. Oh and our last visit we ordered 4 Personal pan pizzas. They put them all in one big box. This was a carryout order. How are kids supposed to eat these in a car all out of one box?

You call to make an order and the call gets sent to a call center and an Indian person takes your order and card number. Sounds pretty scammy. Ordered a pizza and never arrived. Had no problem taking my order and money but refused to deliver after paying and Pizza Hut won’t answer their phone

very bad service. I asked for a thin pizza and they gave me a burnt pizza. hard…looks old…it’s amazing. I saw how the workers answered a doordash call and they treated the customer horrible. They are just walking around… don’t spend your money here. this is not pizza hut…it’s a mockery…

The food was good, but the service was poor. Took over an hour to get my pizza. Other customers were complaining also. Staff laughing at the poor service being provided. Won’t be back.

Absolutely awful customer service. Placed an order at 7:04 called at 8:30 and they said they just went ahead and canceled our order without any notification. They said because they were short staffed they closed at 8. Would not give info for whoever is in charge. Absolutely disgraceful.

I stuck to the mat in front of the check in counter…
The bathroom and store smells terrible like an overflowing grease trap/sewer smell.
The walls are very busted up, everything is coated in grease.
I should have known better but I ate there anyway, The bread sticks tasted ok, my pan pizza was not good.. no cheese or toppings..
Unfortunately I got sick about an hour later.

We always go to Pizza Hut for the stuffed crust but I think we will be going elsewhere now… the service was fine… it was busy and I understand when a rush happens but the pizza wasn’t great… on both our pizzas, the sauce only came 2/3 of the way up causing the exposed empty bottom crust to be weirdly chewy and the crust was very thin just to add to everything… it was not worth the money we paid for it sadly… I wanted a special night of not cooking for my family and having yummy pizza dinner but was very disappointed…
