Pizza was good but service was horrible! Maria the one who took our order was very unprofessional. Very rude and truly didn’t care about the customer. I told her the bathroom faucet was piping hot. My children were burning their hands (could barely wash the soap off, red hot hands) and I could feel it was really uncomfortable hot even for my adult hands. When I addressed it she said she couldnt do anything but I informed her. She just had to adjust the knobs under the sink. But she said she would just close the bathroom but we were having a birthday party there with 15+ people so that was unacceptable. The door said and online states they’re opening until 10 P.M. and she was going to just close the bathroom. It was 8:00pm at that time. We arrived at 7:30 by 8 we just got out pizza and beer. I was so shocked of her attitude because when I told her I just wanted to let her now because that could be a liability issue if the company didn’t fix it and just to let her management know. She was just so rude with her response. Not fixing anything but not allowing our children and friends to use the restroom. when it was 9pm she started to shut off the light inside and outside while we where finishing out pizza and drinks. There where even new customers, waiting for food inside she shut the lights off. Worst experience and I do not recommend anyone to go there because that to me speaks volumes. My child’s safety is so important and to be honest our family and friend money shouldn’t be waisted on horrible customer service. Maria did a horrible job. Truly a bad experience.

i’m overwhelmed how sweet generous they were with me today I had to spend all day today at Bakersfield at the mall walking around and I went. I had the chicken wings today here and churros then feels later. I came back to get a small pizza for my husband and while I was waiting and I was still talking there outside and they came for the extra pie. They gave me as a complementary which I was shocked today nobody gives you nothing for free and they were very nice and I and the service was excellent. Everyone is very nice. The food is excellent. Everything that I tried to taste it so good so I highly recommend this place. ❤️

Ordered the pizza the way I wanted it! Came out Very Delicious!! Wings Crispy , sauces were Perfect! Salads were fresh and on point! Ranch was Tasty! Quick Service. Nice Clean Environment. They also had Sports on the TVs. I recommend the place to everyone!! Employees were Very Respectful and Nice!! I will be ordering my pizza from you guys for now on. Well worth my Money!!

This is our weekly pizza stop! My son loves the plain cheese pizza; he is a simple man. We have tried other combos and everything is always great. My favorite is the garlic cheese sticks, they are amazing! The lunch buffet always looks great too, if you are looking for something like that. The restaurant is always clean and has a great vibe. All the staff is great. Kamal is our favorite; she is always friendly, and the service is super quick. Definitely recommend!

I ordered from Mountain Mikes in the Market place for a corporate lunch. Randeep was SUPER helpful from the beginning on taking my large order, to providing me a large order discount, to throwing in a couple of dessert pizzas! Everything arrived on time, everything was HOT and FRESH! The family salads were huge and chug full of yummy, fresh veggies and crisp lettuce, they provided the utensils, plates, napkins, dressings for the salad, cups for the soda – nothing was missed! Great experience overall! Appreciated the friendly, thorough, customer service and going above and beyond to ensure our order was correct and we had everything we needed to feed 40+ hungry people 🙂 THANK YOU!
