2.19.26/noon – I called in an order and it was ready in about 15 minutes. That was shocking and the inside was filled with patrons. My vegetarian pho was made fresh. The broth was flavorless and watery; yet needed on this wintery day. There wasn’t any real pizazz to my order. However, I appreciated the fresh ingredients. As a first time customer I will return.

Viet Fire Kitchen absolutely blew my mind- their grilled platter combo is not only beautiful to look at, it tastes insanely amazing. The beef, chicken and shrimp have so much flavor.
My favorite is their calamari! I am a big fan of calamari and have had it at many places and this is by far the best seasoned and battered calamari I’ve ever had.
(Only got a photo of the calamari because I dug into my platter the second it hit the table!)

We really enjoy eating at this Restaurant! The pho here is absolutely delicious, the broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the portions are generous. It’s the kind of comforting, satisfying meal that keeps us coming back.

This is my go-to Vietnamese spot in the NoVA area! I ordered delivery because of the weather, and I’m so glad I did. The beef pho was incredible—hands down the richest, flavorful broth I’ve ever had.
The summer rolls are consistently so fresh, and the dipping sauce is the best. Even with delivery, everything arrived perfectly packaged and tasting just-made. A truly authentic Vietnamese place that the area really needed. Highly recommend!
