Worse experience . Ever especially Ramiro he was rude as. I witness a younge lady getting mistreated by him. He curse and was saying words that she didn’t even say. She just wanted to get her food. Was rude saying that it was not a super market instead that it was a restaurant. When she just wanted to ask if they selled a certain food type as a sweet dessert. He should really get fired. It’s the 2nd time I witness it.

Ordered takeout from this place, Just chicken breast meal that comes with rice, and lettuce. Added a cheese dip on the side. This costs $28.00 after tax. What they don’t tell you is prices on the online menu, or that they charge an extra 10% on all to-go orders. Food was good, but for the price I can’t justify it.

I had one of the worst experiences at this restaurant. The night began when I asked for cheese dip from the waitress and she never brought it to me. Nor did we ever get any refills. Two of the four orders that were placed were incorrect. There was a language barrier between the waitress and our table. The waitress got upset because we had to keep asking her to repeat herself. On top of all the “wonderful “ experiences we had with this establishment, I found a piece of hair in my food. I left her $2, with a tip to take a class on customer service.

Food was so fresh and good. Agua fresca piña was so sweet and good. Such friendly service and super clean restaurant. Bathroom was super clean also. Love visiting this restaurant when we visit Brunswick.
