This is my second time ordering from Marcos Pizza 76th and Good Hope. The first time I was dissatisfied because I ordered a large order and they forgot my salad and dressing I called the store and employees was playing on the phone saying we will put it down and hung up! Im like you dont even know who i am. I was like im never going there again! So tonight 01/24/26 I decided to try them one more time thinking they have gotten better! NOPE! I received brownies with the chocolate wasting all in the bag! It was all over my salad which was opened in the bag! My food was cold! My bowl was very salty I couldn’t even eat it with my HBP The delivery person was carrying it all sloppy. I didnt bother to call because of the way I was treated before! Do Not go to this one! It’s seems like they just hired a bunch of kids or grown people that act like kids I will NEVER go there again. Maybe another Marcos but never 76th and GoodHope again. It’s not worth my $

Horrible customer service. Guys on there phone ignoring customers until they were good and ready to take orders. Mouse traps inside and outside the store. One employee took a 7 minute brake then came back in going right back to work without washing his hands. I’d definitely give them a 0 if I could.

I ordered a pizza Saturday to the truck when I was parked at my delivery. The gentleman on the phone was friendly and they delivered exactly when they said they would. This is by far some of the best pizza I have ever had. Absolutely delicious and fresh. I will order here again when I deliver to this area. Truck driver from Canada.

Went into the store, I asked for Three ingredients. Green pepper, mushroom, and black olives. Somehow onion ended up on my pizza. I’m severely allergic to onion and let’s not forget I DID NOT REQUEST THAT AT ALL! I called back to the store, the guy was nice but also mentioned I’d receive a refund. I never received the refund. Also for the order I placed I was over charged. I would have loved to say the food was good, but had I would’ve eaten it … ♀️ Attention to detail is apart of the job description.

I started ordering pizza from Marco’s back in February, I think. I didn’t know anyone who had order or even eaten from here. I wanted pizza and my regular place was running 2 hours behind. I ordered, I chose to pick it up and it was nice and hot and my goodness it was good! They even gave me percentages off my order even though I had no coupons. So I have been ordering here since. I friends and family likes it, so I’m sold. Thanks Marco’s Pizza!

The new Triple Pepperoni Magnifico pizza is awesome! This is the only place I can find the pepperoni in strips. Definitely a must try. The guy Matt was very friendly and gave my daughter a sticker. Very knowledgeable of the menu too.

Win-win all the way around! I tried this place out, ordering online for pickup the next day. I finished my errands early and got to this place 20 minutes ahead of pickup. They are so efficient, it was quicker to redo the order and in about 10 minutes my hot, fresh and delicious triple pepperoni pizza was heading home! Super fresh side salad, and the brownie was addicting! I was very impressed and I’ll be back!

Wife and I got the loaded pepperoni pizza. Put on my front passenger seat. The next day I noticed 2 huge grease stains on fabric. Smelled like the pizza. Still trying to remove stain. Costing me . Marco’s packaging failed. Been getting pizza for decades, has never occurred before. If I had any idea this was a possibility I would NOT have put on seat to ruin it. Stopped in and asked to speak to a manager, he told me in the future they will use parchment paper as well. Good idea for the pepperoni one. Zero offer to address my damage in any way shape nor form. I had to buy products and stain still not completely removed. Why should I have to absorb the cost because of a company failure of packaging?? Not even a pizza on house offer. Oh well. I guess it is my fault .
