Picked up a mobile order this morning via drive thru. Got a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese. I just want to say, best bagel I’ve ever received from anywhere besides my own home. Perfectly toasted, perfect amount of cream cheese, made neatly, no excess cream cheese all over the paper wrapper. Also no sesame seeds fell off on me while eating. Whoever made this bagel, keep up the good work! Small, but you made my morning off to a great start!

Went in tlwith my daughter to get breakfast. Food was burned, drinks took literally 15 minutes to get and they were wrong. Spent 32 dollars for nothing and even my kid was disappointed. No apologies and no care. Especially that white chubby girl with the hat. We I told her what was wrong she gave me an attitude like how dare I complain that my food and drinks that I paid for was burned and missing items .

OK, early in the morning pull up to drive-through order exactly what I said small coffee light no sugar this non-English speaking person says so you want it black I said no light means light on the cream on freaking believable. If you don’t know what a small coffee light means don’t work there and stop aggravating to people. I gotta go to work in the morning. !!!!!

Oh my God, I can’t begin to complain about the store never again there’s so many other Dunkin’ Donuts. Please do not go to this one. I waited 21 minutes for three items when I got my items they were all wrong, but I had to go bring my granddaughter to.School so I didn’t have the time to complain right then and there, but I will go back and get my money never ever ever ever again. The help is horrible and help come from another country. All of them. There was only one person there that knew what they were doing, but there’s no way they could’ve taken care of that whole store get out. Don’t go here. !!!!!!
