It took us a moment to find Frankie’s (it’s INSIDE the complex) but we are so happy we did! We needed some green tea energy to get us down the hi-line on our road trip and Frankie’s really hit the spot! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The string lights give it a whimsical, comfortable atmosphere! We were warmly greeted and attended. Highly recommend!

Such a cozy place! stopped in with my kiddo to grab some hot chocolate and coffee for a break from this bitter cold and it was great. Frankie was super kind and made me hands down the best vanilla latte i’ve had in years. Her son even made me some latte art practicing behind the counter (: A sweet little hangout spot you definitely have to try at least once, you won’t regret it. (also the decor is adorable lol)

Wonderful coffee! I’m a sucker for a good latte and find that most other places have burnt tasting espresso- not here though! Beans were freshly ground and not overbearingly sweet (even with three different flavors added!)
