Surprisingly good! A bit expensive for what it is, but decent quality. The katsu don was fresh and well seasoned, though the meat was quite thin compared to the typical katsu. The tempura batter was a bit greasy and dense, but still good. The unagi don was delicious! Service was quick.

The restaurant is very amazing, they serve very good food and the staff are very friendly they also offered me shuttle service to my house. if you are looking for the best Japanese food this is the best place to go to. i 100000%% recommend, try their beef steak with red sauce it was so good. also their ramen with the chili oil and ice cream on the side was good. actually their diet coke is really good too it taste so different than other diet coke i tried. lets gooo fort mcmurray

Sashimi and takoyaki were so delicious. We were 3 people eating. It was little expensive but the food was nice especially the sushi the only food that I didn’t enjoy was noodles,.it was bland.

Party of 4 rated 5 out of 5 for meal, service and atmosphere. We had delicious green tea, maki roll, bacon cheese burger, the chicken burger with yummy fries, Nice portion BLT sandwich. Super nice for when you would like fish but your family wouldn’t. Vincent is a gem of a server. Really appreciate having this option in our town. This building is nicely renovated and is the nicest I’ve ever seen it.

Fuji Fuji, Inspired by its predecessor, is an improvement on the original despite its eccentric new form.
Most of the staff originate from Fuji’s, the new restaurant is partially owned by members of said staff and the well renowned host, now co-owner, (as I’ve come to understand) Vincent.
Their reputation is well-earned, using available resources to make food as authentically as possible while offering popular American variations. The new location seems even cleanlier than before, which makes for an overall refreshing experience.
The best Japanese restaurant in town, don’t let the merger weird you out.
For accessibility: No stairs, enough room for accommodations for wheelchairs in the restaurant but no automatic doors (to my knowledge.) and no bathrooms specific to wheelchair users (to my knowledge.. ) Thankfully they do deliver.
