The ice cream is always delicious . The service is pretty fast even when they get packed. The staff is very pleasant. The one thing they need is a restroom. That would make it almost perfect.

DQ did not disappoint! I was in the area for a reunion but met an old friend to catch up. Service was good, basic cleanliness also was above average for the inside, maybe they could be more attentive outside by the seating. Good memories taking my son there after his ball games and just as a treat in general.

The ice cream is fine, but the service is terrible. There’s 1-2 great employees there like a taller gentleman who is polite and patient, but there are a couple girls who are ALWAYS in a mean mood no matter what time or how busy. Tonight was especially bad and I could see other customers stunned by their attitudes too.

Stopped to get ice cream after visiting Bluff Point. The open at 9, however when we got there at 930, the door was locked and the girl at the counter rolled her eyes and shook her head saying we’re not open. So rude. Never had a bad experience before today.

Accidently ordered my food here because the app loves to repeatedly change your location even after you change it manually. I tired calling multiple, multiple times to get it canceled because that’s what their website says to do. No one ever answered, it just rung until the line is busy sound played. They did however process my order with out me ever picking it up instead of canceling it. So now I’m waiting to see if the company will email me back to get a refund. I’ll probably keep leaving reviews and emailing them until I get my refund or something in return. Already tried to contact you through that link before you replied and I didn’t get a response. I guess sending 10 more though that link wont hurt.
