The food was delicious and the atmosphere was so fun! The staff was lovely, every person we interacted with was really helpful. We started with the garlic balsamic that is served with focaccia. The bread was everything you want in a focaccia, fluffy inside and beautifully golden on the outside. The garlic was butter soft and pared with the balsamic was absolute heaven. Then we shared the Hot Potato pizza. This was a little out of the comfort zone but you gotta figure a place like this is only going to offer deliciousness. It was honestly phenomenal. The flavors play so well together, 10/10 recommend. Enjoyed the dine in experience, the 80’s music made my heart happy. Overall, great experience! Will be back!

We had our food delivered and it arrived in great condition; everything was hot and crispy! Love the thin crust, the quality and amount of meat you get, and flavor of the tomato sauce. The crispy potatoes had a good texture and flavor just needed a sprinkle more of salt/seasoning. The wings were definitely my favorite part, full of flavor, a little spice, and fried perfectly! The ranch is ok but I definitely recommend the creamy garlic dip.

In city filled with chain pizza at every corner, it’s getting harder and harder to find a quality indie joint and Nonno’s fits the bill. The vibe is chill old school, great for a first date in a comfy booths or also a hangout with friends on the big top tables as well as outdoor tables. Not the cheapest place for pizza, but if you value quality over quantity this is for you. All the pizza is cracker thin with a perfect balance of char from the crust. I like that the toppings go all the way to the edge. Apps are awesome , the cheese logs are not to be missed , crazy cheese pull . We came during lunch and staff were great, always checking on us. Their drink list is extensive , an awesome place to chill or to study or get together before an exam. Can’t wait to come back to try all their other pizzas , everything we had was outstanding.

Visited Nonno’s Pizzeria while in Houston. The atmosphere was lively but overly loud, making conversation difficult, and the music only added to the noise. The service was inconsistent — cocktails were slow to arrive, and we were told well after ordering that a Hugo Spritz couldn’t be made, which should’ve been flagged much earlier. We tried a few of their tavern-style pizzas, which were thin and basic, more like a tortilla-style pizza at home and nothing memorable. One pizza with soppressata and mushrooms was especially disappointing, with the soppressata overly oily and a surprise $9 charge for mushrooms that were barely noticeable, bringing a $16 pizza to $29. Overall, a bit overrated and not worth a return visit. Saluti

The pizza was delicious! We live close by and were craving a plain cheese pizza. It’s what’s called “Tavern” style. Thin, crispy, and perfect! Next time we will try the drinks but for a quick pizza, it was totally worth it. Servers were knowledgeable and quick. Highly recommend this spot! They literally never disappoint.

Great tavern style thin crust pizza. Looked like other good menu offerings but we only had pizza. Decent beer and wine list. Also, they will not put different sauces on each half of the pizza.

The food here was bussin! I really enjoyed the old diner vibe here. The ambience was chill and warm. Def a cute spot for a first time date or a hangout with good friends! There’s also a bar for those who’d like to have a drink before your meal. I would recommended the wings and mozzarella sticks (so good I forgot to take a pic) as a starter.

I’m a little late posting this, but I’ve been coming to Nonnos for a couple of years now and it never disappoints. Elliot always waits on us, and he’s amazing. He consistently gives great recommendations and is always helpful when I’m deciding between different wine options.
I absolutely love this place for pizza! For me it’s hands down the best in Houston! The food is always delicious, and the service keeps us coming back. If you’re looking for great service and incredible pizza, this is your place. Elliot is the best!

Incredible atmosphere, service and food. The gnocchi was the star dish for us. Loved the pizza and orange cheesecake

Came here for the second time and got a meat lovers pizza and a cheese pizza. Both were fantastic. If you’re into a cracker thin, tavern style pizza, Nonno’s pizza will not disappoint. It’s very crispy, thin and delicious. The vibes were really great, too. It’s kind of retro with some 90’s memorabilia through the dining room which gives the place an extra sense of coziness!
