First time ordering at this location for carry out. Accuracy of order was perfect. Service was friendly. Temperature and taste were excellent. The biggest critics in my house (the kids) loved it!

I ordered dough nuggets from Rosati’s Pizza, and they arrived completely burnt — so overcooked they were hard as a rock. It was disappointing that the restaurant still chose to send the order out in that condition, as it was obvious they were inedible.
When I called to address the issue, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He informed me that they “don’t give refunds” and only offer in-store credit. I was confused as to why a refund wasn’t possible for an order that was clearly unacceptable. Instead of trying to help, he was sarcastic and dismissive, telling me I must be “confused” for not knowing their policy — then hung up on me.
This was a very frustrating experience. The quality of the food and the lack of basic customer service were both unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this location again.

I did not have a good experience with your pizza unfortunately. It was very light on cheese and the sauce was very bland and tasted like canned sauce with no seasonings. I’m not sure if it was just a bad day. I really wanted to enjoy it but it was lacking in flavor on many levels. I don’t believe I will order from here again. Thank you, This was a delivery for a company gathering.

We ordered three different pizzas including one gluten free. They were all absolutely delicious. Rosati’s pizza never disappoints and is consistently great every time! Numerous guests in our party repeatedly commented how amazing the pizza was. It’s now 9am the following morning and I am enjoying a cold slice of the leftovers, and it’s every bit as delicious as yesterday! Get some!!

Our family loves Rosati’s. If you enjoy pizza you will definitely have to visit. The golden rule is the sauce and crust define the pie. They have nailed it. Great customer service and smiling faces welcome all. I have not tried other menu items but I would be inclined to say they have to be just as tasty as the pizza. Great job guys for staying consistent.

We ordered delivery and the pizzas came practically filled over most the pizza stuck to the top of the box! The delivery guy was supper nice took a picture and said they would remake it and send it back. I called the restaurant anyways and the hostess tells me they will remake it when they see the picture . I stated that the person that paid for the food is on the phone right now I would like the pizzas started before the delivery guy came back she gives me the manager and he said they will remake the pizza but it would be almost 2hrs before be got it!! We agreed on a 1hr after I said just give me a refund considering it was there mistake not to mention he was not very professional! They bring only 1 pizza back and didn’t bring the other pizza. Delivery guy said they will refund us for the other pizza we have yet to see that refund!! Will never order again! Do NOT recommend!!

An absolutely fantastic Pizza I had the thin crust again, just wish I could dine in.
Stopped here again the other day and this will be my last $40 I ever spent at Rosati’s.
The order-taker on the phone at the central call station they have now imposed could barely speak English and after I repeated my order four times did not get what I had asked for.
I told her I wanted the pizzas made early and put into a cooler because they were going into my trunk for a 2 hour drive.
They were made early alright but put into a hot box. I should have turned them down they were dried out and the worst pizzas I’ve had from Rosati’s.
I also thought I would try their pasta and I did not get $13 worth by any means, it wasn’t worth half of what I paid.

I ordered Christmas Eve 18inch pizza with free 12inch pizza and mozzarella sticks. The 18inch was fine but the mozzarella sticks was not cooked all the way they were not hot the cheese in the middle was not melted. Marinara sauce Had big chunks of onions in it was disgusting. I did not eat them! The picture is the picture of the free 12 inch I received they put real heavy seasoning. I was very upset. Theses are new owners I believe I will not me ordering here anymore.

I ordered pizza, buffalo wings and a side salad. The menu states the salad includes iceberg, lettuce, Romain lettuce, and spinach. However, I only received iceberg lettuce. I think the price is a little bit too high for a side salad with only iceberg lettuce. I really had my hopes up for the salad. 🙁
