The staff at this location is helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this location as I have been going their for a long time now, and I will continue to go their. Great food, clean, and overal a great location. This is my go to Subway.

am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Subway. I used the app to place an order and redeemed a free sandwich, but when I arrived, the staff couldn’t see any record of my order on their end. Despite my app showing the order as confirmed, their system didn’t recognize it, and they were unable to honor the free sandwich.
Additionally, I purchased other subs to qualify for the free one, making me feel cheated and further frustrated. The assistance I received was unprofessional, with staff laughing and dismissing my concerns, saying there was nothing they could do.
This cycle of poor service and broken promises feels like a scam. If Subway doesn’t take responsibility and improve their customer experience, it may be time for them to reconsider their operations altogether.

Food poisoning. Contacted customer service to report it and they marked my ticket as resolved without even talking to me. Do not eat here!

Even though there was no other customers, had to wait for guy to come from the back. Said he didn’t have any online orders, yet there it was. He said he didn’t have 2 of the cookies we needed, but yet saw we there were 2 in the bottom of the case as we were leaving. Guess he was saving them for himself. They had 20 minutes from time order was placed to time for pick up that they could have made them. There was VERY LITTLE meat on the sandwich and wasn’t even cut in half. Did not have the drinks listed online available either.

Clean, friendly service, and awesome sandwiches. We live in Aurora, and traveled to Hinckley because all the Subways around us didn’t accept any coupons. Worth the trip! We’ll be going out of our way to this establishment again.

Myself, my almost one year old, my two year old and my fiance all got food poisoning after eating here today.. ordered a spicy Italian so not exactly sure if meat was bad or if there was cross contamination somewhere but never once saw anyone change gloves or wash their hands. Will not be going back.

So like, I did read reviews before coming here and I literally saw a few saying the same thing about “feeling sick after eating the subs here” but I was craving it so I went anyway. And wow. I ate a sub with what I’m sure was rancid oil or vinegar, and my stomach was totally screwed after. I felt so sick. So I feel like you probably shouldn’t go here. There’s many other subways to go to. The service was fine though. That’s what the 2 stars are for. Just be wary.
