I made an order at 10:55 Tuesday 11/25/2025 over the phone. At 11:30, I still hadn’t received my order so I tried to call the store since it said I would receive it in 28 minutes. No answer. At 12:00, called again. No answer. And now the recording states that they are closed. Looked on the Dominos tracker and found out that my order had been cancelled. I didn’t cancel the order. So I called the store at 12:15 on 11/26. First, a man named Chris answered. Said he was the manager, but he wasn’t. And he was rude when I was explaining why I was calling. So he put me on hold. Then Nadia answered. After I told her what happened, she stated that she didn’t work at night but they were busy and only had one driver. So in her words “they probably just took it apon themselves to cancel my order.” Well, it was my birthday and it would have been nice to know that they couldn’t make my order. They had every way of contacting me, but didn’t. I’m also a restaurant manager. And it is my professional practice not to treat my customers like this. Or at least call them and let them know that I couldn’t fulfill their order. Now I’m out $30.00 and we had to find something else to eat for the birthday dinner. You all need to do better. I will not order from here again.

I will fixed this review once my concern is addressed. My order was wrong and calling back to the store once you get home is a no go. All that automotive calling when calling no real person answers. Why does it say press 3 for a manger but never transfers you, just irritating music and all that prep rally cheering. I’m not cheering for the wrong order. I need it fixed even when you tell the machine your issue it says its connecting but never do, just start the prep rally music all over again. and who trying to turn around when they tired. Pepperoni is missing on my half and half. As a loyal customer. I’m extremely disappointed more of the fact of the phone system is a dead zone; Thats bad customer service Domino’s Pizza

I went here last night for pizza. Some young black girl was just so rude. I think she was a manager. I know it was late and we probably was the last order, but her attitude was just terrible. The pizza was great. Carlos gave us coupons. He had great customer service very friendly and helpful. Whoever the manager was last night. She needs to take some lessons from Carlos on customer service. You don’t have to be friendly, but you could do a lot better than what you did. I would’ve gotten her name, but I didn’t see your name tag.

I had a horrible experience on December 13 Night Shift ordering food.at the Charlotte Freedom Dr location The manager was a complete idiot. The staff were idiots. They had my family drive to the store and asked her her name had her way 45 minutes then asked her her name again without making the food that I had already ordered paid for, and they say it was being delivered at the calling the store they told us to come and pick it up, and that was the result when she got there while she was at the store two hours later the food was Deliver code messy I called the store this morning. Spoke with a young manager named Aiden. The problem was solve with straight professionalism on every level I would like to think this manager for their professionalism.

Ordered online and it said the expected wait would be about 15 minutes. Watched the online tracker which showed it out of the oven and ready for pickup in just under 15 minutes. I arrive at the store only to have them say the tracker is an “estimate” and that they were backed up. Had to wait another 30 minutes to pickup my order, which ultimately had the wrong crust (the NY style crust should not be covered in oil and garlic seasoning, unless you requested it). The staff were polite, but still a miserable experience.
Ever since Domino’s introduced that tracker I’ve never found it to be that far off from reality. Maybe it shows complete while the crew is cutting and boxing, but nothing like this. Understood they are busy but then let your customers know it will take 45 minutes so they can decide if they want to wait, instead of luring them into the store parking lot only to waste their time.

Update – The store management invited me to try their location again. At my expense I did so and this time I only had to wait in the parking lot for 10 minutes but the app was still incorrect with respect to my pizza being ready when it was not.

Incompetent and unorganized staff. Ordered ahead at 11am for a 5:45pm pickup. Tracker lied and said in oven at 5:55pm and ready at 6pm. They falsely said the pizza was ready when asked, and it stayed in the ready status for another 30 minutes but still wasn’t even in the oven. What is the excuse here?

This location needs to rest, staff regroup, retrain, and get this whole location in order. The food here is always below quality the timeline. This is not there. They forget your items and don’t bring them back who is often cold and partially done. It’s just unsatisfactory service and it just sucks! because get ordering from here is tragic! what happened to the days when you can order from any of the locations in the area???!!!
