I ordered a Bootdaddy with pretzel, expresso, and toffee candy. The first mix left the Oreos and expresso out and literally there was hardly anything but yogurt. I returned it and asked that they correct the order. The young lady was very gracious and corrected it immediately. The second time, there was so much pretzel in it that it was like eating pretzel held together by a little yogurt. I always visit this Andy’s location as it is closest to our home. I also typically have good experiences, but lately the kids working there are not paying attention to details. It seems that they are keen on rushing the order out quickly instead of monitoring the accuracy of the order. This is not the first time lately they have given me an incorrect order. They need more training and supervision.

Went to order, told out of vanilla custard, went out of the line because husband wanted a banana split…came right back around about 5 minutes later and they said they were closed! Like what?! Awful customer service. Then looked and saw thy close at 11:30pm and its 8:08 they say they are closed. Yes its snowing but good customer service is even saying the reason.

First impressions mean everything for a consumer, and this location failed tremendously considering this was my first visit, which turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had thus far….Wanted some ice cream and decided to try something new, initially I ordered a banana split, BYO Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Concrete and Oreo Cookie Concrete. Needless to say there was nothing concrete about this ice cream. It gets worse, The Banana split had a very very thin layer of icecream, so thin I couldn’t see it, just a very small banana and a cup full of toppings. I politely asked the manager if they’d forgot the icecream. The manager explained that is how it’s supposed to look. I then offered to pay extra for more icecream. The Lady employee, took the banana split and threw everything in a cup, minus the strawberries and handed it to me and closed the window! I couldn’t believe it. What a huge disappointment and waste of $7. Worst experience for a first time customer and I don’t NOT recommend this location to anyone!

I love the texture and taste of their frozen yogurt. The staff here has been super friendly each time I have visited. Everytime we pass by my children want to stop and get a cone. I think it is a little pricey, everything seems that way anymore, but you won’t be disappointed. I just had the Sundae with Heath Bar…yum yum!!!

Was not upset about my visit. I was super surprised at the serving size. I was expecting it to be one of those boogie places that sells artisan ice cream. Mostly because it was my daughter’s pick. Turns out I was wrong and it was good. They used a full piece of pie!! Maybe going with the medium next time! Sorry about the picture. I ate most of it before taking one. It’s been a while since I had a positive experience to share.

Terrible customer service. They did not want to help at the window. Girl gives my ice cream to another customer who proceeds to take a bite out of it. Brings it back to her and she goes and talks to the guy making the ice cream. Then she calls it out again and I asked her if they made a new one they said yes.. but clearly it wasn’t new because I saw them bring it back 20 secs later. Ice cream was melted also.
